My Wife and I decided to go to Apple Bees, we were welcomed and greeted by Skylar with a Smile. He was the waiter for us this... evening and I?ll say his service was phenomenal. He?s super friendly, caring and on top of it. All in all best service we havehad in a long time. He definitely deserves a raise especially with his 5 year tenure. Nice relaxed vibe with friendly staff. Our Caesar salads were excellent and beers were cold. Wife's riblets were a little over... done and my pasta was stuck together in a lump with sauce dumped on top and chicken breast had a nice bit of char around theedges but almost every bite had gristle in it. Applebee's is consistent wherever we find them, but this one is exceptional. The chicken wonton taco appetizer a trusted... favorite. Explored the huge chicken, almond, strawberry salad with balsamic vinaigrette (yes, huge, very shareable) which wasdevoured posthaste. The service from Ashley was extraordinary. She's not only the most efficient waitress you will ever have;she beams with a friendly radiance while loving her job. If I could give her 10 stars I would. And she was busy. I saw herbouncing from table to table demonstrating the same, radiant exceptionalism with EVERYONE. What was already great food (andlet's not forget the great $5 late night happy hour margarita) made for a truly memorable dining experience. Applebee's isgreat! We love them!! Read more
So I ordered pickup and showed up 3 minutes early. Well by 15 mins after my pickup time, I called twice just for it to be busy.... So I went in and was told to wait by the bar where I found my order. I had to wait an additional few minutes to wait for someoneto ask if I needed to sign (my order had a clipboard and a pen on it). When the guy came back I asked if I had to sign and hesaid no. So I said ?so I waited for 20 minutes for no reason. The guy just said yeah pretty much. I understand places are shortstaffed but that was ridiculous. I didn?t shell out $40+ to eat cold food. 3 stars are for: Food was good. Service of food was good. 0 stars are for: The most disgusting horrific women?s bathroom I?ve... seen in my 71 years of life. The bathroom had two stalls. One was covered in diarrhea and toilet paper every place. When youwalked into the bathroom you smelled the diarrhea. The other stall was filthy with piles of toilet paper on the floor. Thefloors were so sticky that your shoes would stick to the floor as you walked. The sink faucets were filthy. The floor andcounters look like they hadn?t been cleaned in months. I went out and reported it to the manager. She said she?d take care ofit. Unfortunately I had to go to the bathroom again and this time the bathroom smelled like very strong bleach when I walked in.I could hardly breathe the bleach smell was so strong. It burnt my eyes. The sink and counter were still filthy. The floor wasstill filthy and sticky. The diarrhea appeared to had been cleaned up in the one stall but that was it. I went out and reportedto the manager the strong smell of bleach and that the bathroom still needed a good scrubbing. I was so disappointed in howfilthy their bathroom was. My concerns are if the servers and chefs use this bathroom, their hands would still be contaminatedwith filth and germs. Read more
Went with my family. We were sat right away. It took 10 minutes for the waiter to come and get our drink order. I asked for... medium steak. Got a rare steak. My daughters applesauce was expired. The water was not very attentive and disappeared into theback office most if the time. The bartender did make a great margarita. Read more
