Tried the new Diablo chicken sandwich. The guy at the counter said he eats one every day. Well it was way too spicy. Wow. Went... back and he apologized profusely. I ordered a new sandwich and he gave me a discount. I really appreciated the gesture and hisfriendly personality. I would come back just because of the kindness and service. My order was wrong in two different ways. The woman asked if I wanted sauce and then didn't give me any sauce. The lobby was... closed so I would have had to go through the drive thru again to ask for some. My Jamocha shake was choclate, and sadly I don'tlike choclate ice cream or shakes. So I didn't have a drink with my dinner. I just wanted a relaxing Friday night with someyummy food, but wasted my money instead. Don't go here if you can help it guys Read more
I went to this Arby's today. We had two Reuben sandwiches, which we ate in the car because the lobby was closed. The meat in... the sandwiches had a lot of fat in it, and wasn't good. The lady at the drive through window did a good job, but she had towait for the kitchen to make the food, which took a long time. She checked our order before she gave it to us. This used tobe my favorite Arbys, and I would hate to see it close because of poor management. Read more
