Went there with my family through drive though, I have one that will eat nothing but chicken nuggets at a fast food joint. They... did not have chicken nuggets, chocolate milk or apple juice and nothing was posted in the drive through to let us know. My Jr.Whopper had no tomatoes, a few pieces of lettuce lots of onions though. No one could eat the fries because they tasted likerancid oil. We've been to this one a few time but there are other options now in the area that will will use in the future. store was dirty as hell! bathrooms were beyond gross! then if you call you never can get through to management! told cashier... bathrooms were gross and she stood there doing nothing for next 27 min! atleast clean your doorway entries and handles! Read more
It was good the new person is really nice and had extremely great customer service she was the reason this review is a 5-star... the only thing that was wrong was a small fry was missing but that is something that just happens sometimes and they were quickto fix it :) Read more
Not our usual stop for food kind of place, and this visit is a great reminder why. Extremely HORRIBLE service. Food was slopped... together and rolled in a paper wrapping. The advertising pictures are deceiving. Of course they always are, but where are therest of the ingredients? Will not be going back???????? Read more
Dirty, food and soda spills on the floor not being cleaned up. A significant number of drink options not available in the... dispenser. Burgers cold and dry. Parents sitting and eating in the play space, while their kids run and scream in the diningroom. It's been many years since we've eaten in a Burger King, it's going to be many more (if ever again) before we try itagain. No wonder there are few of them left. Read more
I used to come to this location because it is close to my job. But now that their prices have jumped 40 cents per sandwich, this... place is a joke. If you want repeat customers, you can't jack the prices up and expect repeat customers. Used to spend anaverage of 20 to 25 dollars a week here which doesn't seem like much in the grand scheme of things but for hardworking peoplethat's not just a drop in the bucket. Disgusting! The lobby was dirty. Not one table was clean. The drink area was all sticky. Our whoppers were just warm. When I... opened my whopper the bun had ketchup on the top. The paper wrapper had ketchup on the outside. Whoever was making thesandwiches needed to get clean gloves on. I went to the bathroom to just wash my hands and it was dirty. And before anyonesays it is because they are short on staff, they were not that busy. Read more
Still blows my mind that people don?t do quality checks on their food anymore. This sandwich was really well past it?s time and... they still served it. I would definitely stay away from the King Ave East store in Billings. If this message reaches corporateheadquarters please give these guys some training. Read more
