After a day of driving and very limited options, we came across this spot and were excited for a quick meal. We regretted this... choice immediately. Staff were unprofessional, the place is filthy and unsanitary , and the food is truly disgusting. We were sohungry and desperate but would have thrown it out under any other circumstance. The food is always great and people are generally nice but my food is always wrong and late when ordering online. They need to... triple the wait time and check it. That being said I'll just stand in line from now on. It's usually worth the wait. Read more
Was surprised it was very good. I had only been to the one in Great Falls before and wasn't impressed. This one in Billings was... clean and everything tasted fresh. Employees were warm and inviting for a cafeteria layout. Read more
1 star for how the owner replies to the 1 star reviews. It's robotic. Address the issue that's being mentioned. You don't. You... give the robot reply blah sorry for your experience and give some odd contact address so you can further delay solving theaddressed issue. If someone is saying waited over 60 min for food reply by saying yes we are short staff, we are super slow,don't know what we are doing the majority of the time, and I the owner is never in the restaurant to help, and if I am Iobviously don't care! Be honest and not robotic. When someone leaves a 5 star review your response is totally different, notrobotic, and is personal. What gives? Read more
This place is one of my favorites. Or at least it used to be. Seems to have really gone downhill in the last few weeks tho. If... you take the risk, here?s some things to avoid. -If you like mint limeade, make it at home. They will be out and they won?tremake it. -Lower your expectations. If the menu says it comes with sour cream, pico and guacamole, please don?t actuallyexpect to get sour cream, pico or guacamole. Or at least not all three. You might get one or the other and it?s always a funsurprise to see which one. Don?t order(and pay for) extra meat because instead of honoring said expensive request, they addenough cheese to choke a horse. So you *think* you?re getting a solid meal worth the money, but instead it?s just huge globs ofcheese. Which is fine if that?s what you wanted. I mean we all like cheese? but I paid for steak. The dashers are wonderful.But can?t help you. If you report inaccuracy to DoorDash, they made offer you a small refund, which may cover the missing meat,but you are still stuck with your order as delivered. If you call the restaurant, they offer you an in store credit for yournext meal. Or at least they said they do. After calling twice, giving my info twice and signing up for the app, I?ve yet toreceive a single voucher. So, alas? I will be seeking my food fix elsewhere for awhile until this gets worked out. Just barely OK this trip. Short staffed it appeared, not dirty but not clean, homemade tortilla machine broken which meant store... bought type tortillas. 30 minutes in line @ 1:30 in the afternoon. Will give them another shot before I kick this location tothe curb. Read more
I ordered 2 enchiladas (meat was horribly over salted, tortillas were hard) and 2 tacos (the chicken is dry, and had no... seasoning) then the Tres Lech cake, I was hoping it would be great, but we won?t ever know because they never gave it to me. notonly these things but it took for ever to get the food, and it?s mediocre at best.
