Ordered through door dash. It was cold, and I know it wasn't the drivers fault cause he was quick. One my tacos had no meat, the... rest were a sloppy mess and missing my fajita veggies. I get that it's close to closing but if you can't deliver a qualityproduct at the end of the day then maybe you should shut down deliveries earlier. I had part of one taco and threw the restaway and ate bowl of Chex and a leftover wedge salad from outback. My wife's meal wasn't much better. I feel bad for the drivershaving to be the middle man in these types of situations. Read more

I would like to commend the two staff working the evening of 8/24 who helped me fix an issue I had with my DoorDash order when I... was very frazzled after driving 12 hours to Billings. I believe it was the manager/supervisor and the cashier who helped me.They quickly and pleasantly addressed my issue and though it was my fault they told me not to worry about it and made me feelless dumb. I was so exhausted and fried but my interaction with them made my night 100x better and I actually cried in my carafterward because they were so nice (silly, I know). Chipotle is one of those places that I don't go often. Customer service is as important as the food that I'm purchasing. The... guy who prepared my food didn't seem to be much of a people person, but he was cordial. The cash on the other was nice to theproir customers, I assume it was because she knew them. However, she wasn't nearly as friendly when approached, the energywas completely different. Grated I didn't know her, however the energy should not have shifted so much. Quicker to go to the moon than downloading the app, updating, and ordering. No kiosk available to place order nor laptop to... create an account. Discrimination against people who don't have smartphones, have vision impairment, or cash. Read more

Recently went to the billings location, was told I couldn't be served due to them taking online orders. I then went back to my... vehicle so I could order. Fast forward 45 minutes and my food is finally done and COMPLETELY WRONG. So after driving home I wentback, expressed my issues, and was given the "correct" meal only to get home and find it wrong in completely different waysAGAIN. Not a single employee is remotely competent, don't waste your time, you'd have a better experience diging in the tacobell garbage. Read more

Ordered around 8:40 pick up, only online orders were being accepted... so when you get home and notice how they mess up you are... just gonna give up and eat the food. Ordered a salad bowl, didn't even come with any leafy greens.... Not to mention therewas no fajita veggies in my bowl either. Massive disappointment.... never seen Chipotle fail this hard on my order inyears. Doesn't help I had to go buy a bag of lettuce on top of the 12.45 i already spent. meh Read more

Really disappointed to find out that you have to order online to get your food. We walked up to order when an upset customer... informed us that they declined his service because he did not order online. We then proceeded to walk to our car and orderonline. When we walked in music was really quiet the vibe was happy repelling. When we picked up our food there was guacamoleall over our bowl. Read more

This is my first time to order Chipotle. I order the take out since the pandemic. The food is wrapped well, and the taste is... great. I ordered the Burrito and the High protein bowl. The burrito is huge and good enough for one person. The bowl has threelayers that the top is veggie, chicken is in the middle and the rice is in the bottom.
