We had a great experience at Chuck E Cheese in Billings. The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and prompt. My... sister was able to just enjoy her son's party with zero stress and have fun knowing that everything was taken care of. With allthat is included in the birthday party package, the price was very reasonable and fair. The only thing I would've liked to seewas writing on the cake. I had my sons 5th birthday here back in April. I couldnt have been more happy with our experience. The lady who handled... everything who I assume was the manager was so helpful and nice and accommodating. Our host was so nice and she did a great job.Everything was very clean and the pizza and wings were really good. The arcade was fun and everything was well maintained. We took our son here for his 3rd birthday and it was an overall amazing experience. The pizza was delicious and our son really... enjoyed all the games and the animatronic music show. Super impressed! Great experience from start to finish. Everything was super clean and nicely arranged. Fun games for kiddos,... every game conveniently costs one token. Tables are close to games which makes.it easy to get kids to take a break and eat. And the pizza is AMAZING! If you love a gopd ol' thin crust pizza, you will love it here! Wow!!! We traveled from out of state to visit this location and it exceeded out expectations x100! Manager Shannon personally... made us feel welcome. Animatronics and stage were amazing and all the kids (even the ones who were scared at first) ended uploving them & taking photos. So clean & especially loved the tokens and tickets. Come on y'all! It's Chuck E. Cheese where a kid can be a kid. Or in my case a dad can be a dad. We went for my 32nd bday and... I had just as much fun as my girls did. This location uses the old tokens and it was such a blast to the past for me. I lovedit, we all loved it. The food was good and the games were fun and well maintained. Ohhhhh the kids and adults love love love it!!! Games are wonderful!! But ooooohhhh, it?s not possible to make worse pizza. This... pizza should be served to death row inmates? they would take early execution over eating another slice of this stuff. Put a fewslices in your pocket when you leave and you can patch your canoe. Pigs won?t eat it! Put a single ounce of thought into yourpizza recipe and it will be better. Read more
