This is my favorite store out of all the city brews in town. I've checked out 5 or so in Billings and the people at this... specific one are almost all awesome. There's one person who it always ends up being a hard time making an order if they're onregister. A lot of "what's" and blank face but everyone else makes you feel very welcome and almost like family. 5 regularvisits and they know my name and order and always make it perfectly. City brew in general is the best coffee in Billings butthis store goes above and beyond. It's always clean inside. I always go in because I prefer to walk inside and not just sit inmy car, and even when the drive thru is to the road I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes from start of order to end. Mylast visit it was almost like they were expecting me because there was a line in the drive thru and my order was ready in lessthan 5 minutes. This morning on my way to work, I decided I better get a coffee, but first, I needed to add some funds to my City Brew account... as I didn't have enough for my coffee. It was shortly after 6 am, I was in my car, it was dark and I didn't have on my readingglasses. Dumb, I know, right?! I pulled out my phone, and while waiting for my order, added what I thought was $25 to my CityBrew account in the City Brew app. I received my delicious latte and warm blueberry scone quickly and with a smile. After Iarrived at work, I checked my City Brew account balance and discovered I had not added $25 to my account but rather $2,500! Onthe City Brew app was the opportunity to "Contact us" so I sent a request asking if it would be possible to get back the $2,500I had added to my account in error. I knew it was my fault but thought it didn't hurt to ask. I was pleasantly surprised ashort time later to receive an email from Breckyn, with City Brew, apologizing to me for the mistake! It was my error and sheapologized! I was asked to provide the last four digits of the debit card used for the transaction and shortly thereafter, I hada credit in my bank account for $2,500! My mistake, and they refunded me the whole amount the same day! Talk about service!!That was the best experience I have had in a very long time! City Brew did not have to give me back my money, but they did anddid so promptly and very graciously! Not what you expect from City Brew. We ordered scones,. We were given them in a bag with no offer to warm up. After... receiving them, they definitely need warming otherwise they are very dry and hard to choke down. There weee crumbs all overever seating area ?.dirty. They were out of napkins, I had to ask for plates. They were out of sugar free vanilla syrup. They had lights with light bulbs out. We were here just a little after 8 am. Our business frequents this establishment. The minute I called I was greeted with a rude "you can order from the app". I was... hung up on before I could wish the employee a happy 4th. The gentleman that drove to pick up the order was also treated rudelyand they got the order wrong!! Terrible service and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Read more
The thing I respect the most about city brew is the consistency of the product they make. Hot, or cold the drink quality is... consistently good and tasty. I got a nice earl grey tea, my kid got a hot coco and my co worker got an iced latte. All of uswere super happy. Read more
Clean. Friendly service. Only reason I put 4 not 5 stars is they were out of my first 2 drink choices.
