Unfortunately all the City Brew stores are out of the Fit Frappe- my favorite.

I stop by here every morning on my way to work and 4/5 days my drink is incorrect or my food is wrong and I have to have them... fix it. They won?t use non dairy milk 1/4 of the time after being asked and I am to discover this mistake half way through thedrink and sent to the bathroom most of the day because I?m lactose intolerant. The wait is way to long they are always out ofstock on things. And I?ve had to stop getting a certain drink because they half blend it and I get ice chips stuck in my strawwith every sip. There is one drive thru gal who knows what?s up and has spoken up for me about my order being wrong as I wentback in and the employees started arguing with me about it being incorrect. She took charge and had them fix my order becauseshe heard me and order it over the speaker. Overall unprofessional and not even worth the convenience of being so close. Read more
Great place to hangout for a minute and grab a cup or a treat. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the... service is quick. They always have a good selection food if you need a quick pickup. When I visited the manager seemed a littleoverwhelmed training new hands, but was aware of what was going on, I was impressed. Worst coffee ever! It doesn't matter which location you visit, if you like weak coffee that you can see through, this is your... coffee haven. I thought it was just me so I decided to give it another try and even ordered a shot of expresso to give it aboost, but let tell you there's no helping. The only thing that was boosted was my bill. I was so disappointed that I gotproactive and perfected home brewed percolated coffee. Never again!! Read more
