I appreciate how consistent the stores are. I understand staffing issues can be hard when there is a large rush of customers. ... I'm always impressed with how they stay calm and polite even when they are obviously pressed for time when it's busy. Read more

The drink was okay, its what I expect from places that seem to exclusively hire high schoolers. The staff was rude. I walked in... and was immediately yelled at, "Are you going to order something?!" I said yes. The girl rolled her eyes. It was three hoursbefore closing. The two staff members were having a loud and inappropriate conversation about racism and politics. Anothercustomer was clearly uncomfortable and left. I will not be returning. Read more

Preston is super rude and loudly comments on what a pain it is to make frappes. They also try to close down the blenders for... frappes an hour early just because they're lazy and don't feel like cleaning them. They tell people they're broken when theyaren't. Don't appreciate the attitude I am constantly met with from the staff here. Read more

My brother ordered an Irish Soda at 3:30 today. It was not anywhere near the quality in taste or appearance City Brew normally... prepares. Staff need to be trained. City Brew is still tops with us. Thank you Read more

I am a guest staying at the hotel when I went for a long run outside. It?s August and hot. There was no line at all. I asked... nicely for a cup of ice water. The cashier could see from the sweat dripping from my face I needed water. This lady took foreverto get me a cup of water. She was adamant about charging me the $.25 for the ice water which I happily pulled out my credit cardand paid for. I don?t know why it?s so hard to give a cup of water to number 1 a guest of the hotel, number 2 a runner and 3curtesy. I?m not the homeless walking in asking for water or abusing the privilege, of hat if i would have passed out. I wasthere earlier buying coffee. I?m going to Stellas next time. Read more
