Honestly, they could mess up my order all they want(which they haven?t). Every employee at this City Brew has exceeded in... customer service. City Brew isn?t even my first option for coffee but I absolutely love coming to this one because of theemployees. You can?t always teach customer service like this but it makes a massive difference and it has really helped me onsome of my worst days. I don't like being that person, but I order just about the simplest thing on the menu: A large, hot green tea and it's now been... botched 3 times. 1st they gave me an iced tea and when I pointed that out, I was given a free drink coupon 2nd they overchargedme, by about $2-3. I was in a rush so I wasn't paying attention until I went again. 3rd time (today) I wanted some ice to cooldown the tea for my commute and I was given a searing hot, herbal tea -_- I've ordered this before and had no problems, butthere is no excuse for Inconsistent Service.
