Service was slow (likely due to closing duties keeping one of the employees otherwise occupied), but worthwhile. The employee... with the pink hair on Saturday night made the absolute BEST chocolate milkshake I've had in years. Read more

Love the ice cream but HATE the Billings location. 3 times I have ordered online and since I live a ways out of town I arrive... late. Even though I'm past when the order is supposed to be done it's never even started. They are not busy, just incompetent Read more

Ice cream is great. When you finally get it. Horrible customer service, and it's very clear that the owners and employees alike... couldn't care less about the customer experience. Pure laziness. While waiting in line I witnessed multiple people leave withoutordering. And honestly they made the right decision. Read more

Decided to try this place out a few times but every time I did, the girls working would give my mother and I a dirty look and we... would see them whisper to each other. I don?t want to pull the race card but it looks like everyone else got better customerservice than us. Won?t be coming back. Read more

I know that they?ve been short staffed recently, and that?s fine, but paired with the terrible customer service, this place... really isn?t that great. I got a shake, and the two employees broke the mixer and couldn?t find out how to put it back together. The one ?manager? employee was nonchalant with his coworker and simply handed me my singular shake after 10 minutes withoutapologizing or anything. Don?t go here if you want quality ice cream or service Read more

The ice cream is good. But putting up a sign trying to shame non-existent people because you probably don't pay very well is... ridiculous. Don't shame your present and future employees because you won't pay enough to retain the ones you have or can't hirenew ones. A huge generation is going into retirement and over a million deaths from a pandemic is going to cause shortage ofworkers, and with a shortage of workers the power shifts. If someone doesn't want to work for bad wages anymore they don't haveto. Read more

I?m about to add cold stone to the list of places never to go again. This was my ice cream tonight barely any ice cream and... what?s there was melted by the time they handed it to my husband. There is more Reese?s than ice cream. Most of the time it?sgood but there have been a few times of not so great customer service. Like tonight with a line of people and one employee keptpulling out their phone every couple mins to change music or whatever. Another time we were there and there were 2 employees onewent to the back a couple customers before us and stayed back there the whole time we were in line. She was asked to come helpbut never did at least while we were there. I swear it?s everywhere maybe it?s just this generation that just doesn?t thinkthey have to be good at their jobs I don?t know. As I'm writing this review, I have been in line for about 20 minutes, and gotten no where. The workers do not seem to care about... their job one bit. And even among a global pandemic, they choose to not wear a mask while preparing my food. And much less tosay, the actual ice cream might as well have been soup, because it just sat there for a long time. There is no excuse for thismess, other than laziness and ignorance. I hope this establishment gets its act together, because of these atrocious prices. 0/5would not recommend. Read more
