"Wow" every single time! Brisket all the way! I love it and my kids love it. Kids eat free on Sunday with purchase of an adult... meal. They also get a soft serve ice cream if they eat their food which is even better. They have restrooms which are alrightbut when we come it's usually at lunch rush on Sunday so the restrooms will run out of paper towels. No big deal I get it, it'sreal busy when we come. My Husband, Son and I stopped for lunch. I had a brisket slider with Cole slaw, my Husband had the kielbasa, onion tanglers with... potato salad, my Son had the Cuban. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only downside was the pop machine ran out if ice butthe drinks were cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant. I love this bbq spot! They are right in the heart of downtown Billings so you have to navigate the one way streets to get there.... But the staff are always friendly, it's clean, and has a nice atmosphere. They even offer delivery if you don't want to eat in,which is super convenient for me. Definitely a must stop for lunch or dinner! Read more
Dickeys BBQ catered our wedding. They were so great to work from taking our order to bringing everything to the venue and... getting everything set up. They stayed through dinner and put everything away in the coolers. They were very professional andfriendly. The food was absolutely delicious and highly recommend using them for your wedding or catering needs. Read more
Edit: Since the event and original posting the owner of the local store reached out and discussed options to making the... situation right. Upon correspondence a settlement outcome was agreed upon. Original post: We recently had Dickeys BBQ cater ourwedding and what a headache it has been and on multiple levels. Our original quote/booking was done via their corporate servicesin February with everything finalized on our order and paid in full prior to the event in June. Day of our wedding the cateringstaff arrived at the venue with 2 out of the 9 trays of their taco platters that we had ordered for our guests for cocktailhour. Upon speaking with a staff member on site they went back to the store and returned with an additional 2 trays and at thatpoint had the audacity to ask if we wanted the remaining 5 trays that we had already paid for and that they were ready to go.Said staff member left to retrieve them and never returned. The remaining staff members on site proceeded to tell us that thefood for our order was taken to fulfill other orders for the day. Putting aside the fact we were left with minimal appetizersfor 155 guests we made it to dinner service where they failed to deliver an entire order of selected side. In going into thelocal store the following Monday we were informed by the acting store manager that they had to feed over 1000 people on thatsingle day and that we didn?t get our side salad because they ran out of lettuce. Since the event we have been given the runaround by both the local store (which mind you is located directly across the street from our wedding venue) and the corporateoffice in attempting to get a refund for the copious amount of food ordered and paid for but never delivered. This entireexperience has been less than stellar in the customer service department and the only reason why a 1 star rating is warranted ison account of the food that was delivered being good. I wanted to love it. Ordered the 3 meat plate with ribs brisket and jalapeno kelbasa. The ribs were dry and that sauce they give... you on the side is like a watery vinegary bbq sauce. It didnt help the dryness of the ribs or brisket. The sausage was good noissues there. The slaw while fresh and crisp yes was swimmng in the dressing, i mean swimming like little tadpoles in a pool ihad to drain it then use the fork to drain every bite. When i realized this was a chain i realized my mistake. Why did blueshave to be closed on the day i was passing through billings? I shoulda gone to dinosaur, they have better quality standards.Wasnt too pricey so i cant complain, ill just consider it a lesson learnt Read more
Super tasty and tender brisket sandwich combo with your choice of sides. I chose the fries that tasted fresh cut. Their bbq... sauce is so superb, served on the side so you can put on however much you want. Read more
