I live in Missoula and use this location to order pizza for my mother who lives in Billings and is currently housebound. Pizza... is always a fun weekend meal for her. Tonight's order arrived and it was pretty crummy but I called the store and explained thesituation and they had zero hesitation with offering to make and deliver another one to her. Thank you. This place is solid. Intuitive and easy online ordering. Always get my order right and friendly people.
Waited over an hour for my online order. Came to drive thru to pick it up and got told to pull forward and they'd bring it out... when ready. I waited in the parking lot for another 25 minutes and no one came out. People behind me were getting their food butnot me. Went inside to grab my food. Got told that it "just came up" as I seen them pull it off the rack. They handed it to meand it wasn't even warm. It was room temperature. Got to my car only to realize I was missing an entire pizza. Walked backinside, took them 5 minutes to find my other pizza, I got it and then came home. The cheesy bread we ordered was wrong and hadsome kinda weird meat in it. 3 Nasty cold pizzas that i had to wait over an hour for, wrong cheesy bread and poor customerservice. I called in to complain and got told that the only thing they could do was credit me the amount for the cheesy bread.I asked specifically for them to credit my whole entire 30 dollar order due to the horrible experience. I'm staying in a hotel here in Billings. When I put the address in accidentally switched two digits. The address I put in was a... business within walking distance of the Dominos. Well, instead of calling me they just trashed my order. When I called they hadan attitude, then put a smart comment on my pizza box. Also, I didn't get my ranch I paid for. Read more
This is not our normal go to dominos but since we had been on this side of town we decided to get our pizza here this time. We ordered a extravaganza and got one but the pizza was stuck to the top of the box and the bottom of the box was soggy. The top... of the pizza box was bent in half like it was man handled.
