Got wrong food delivered. Waited another hour and a half for correct order that never came and then "manager" told me I never... called. I ask for a refund and he hung up on me. I attempted to call back several times only to be hung up on repeatedly. Ihave never encountered this kind of behavior from Dominos. This guy should be fired. Read more
Very poorly made pizza. Barely any cheese, cut very uneven, not even cut all the way through, had tons of bubbles and arrived... cold. I?ve been in the food industry for pizza making and delivery before and this just baffles me how poor their standards are.Tried calling three times to talk to somebody about it and they answered twice and both times they hung up on me. More times than not, the food arrives old, cold and tasteless. When you call the store, 95% of the time no one answers. This... last time I ordered, I was told that my order was being put together and in the oven and that they were not busy. Almost 2 hourslater, I was delivered pizza that was dry and the rest of the order was cold and hard as well.. called the store and was out andout lied to.. I tried to call and speak to the store manager.. he was never there.. I am done with Domino's! Read more
Took much longer than anticipated even for a pickup order. 20 plus minutes over the estimated time. Went in the building to... pickup order, was completely ignored not even greeted for 10 minutes. Having worked in pizza previously the 4 employees workingwere moving at a very slow pace. Order was not correct. Missing the buffalo on one of the pizzas ordered which counts as one ofthe toppings on the pizza. Tried to call to get corrected but just rang with no answer. Read more
Horrible. My food took well over an hour. When it arrived the food was cold. Our dip was burnt and stuck to the bottom. We... called and whomever we talked to remade our entire meal and added free lava cakes and asked if we could give the food back(which I thought was against FDA rules). When the driver got here we traded pizza boxes like a mob handoff and I closed thedoor and went to my curtains. I seen the driver drop the food I gave him as I was closing them. The worst to order from . When order deliver you will wait hours to receive the pizza and it is cold by the time you get it .... Pizza was on hold for 30mins before it was delivered. When you try to call the store they do not answer and if they do theircustomer service sucks . Read more
normally I?ll take Dominos over the other big chains, but this franchise messes up our orders more often than they get it right.... forgotten cheese, doughy pan pizzas (that were ordered well done), and toppings placed on only one side of the pizza. if theywerent the only late night delivery we would have given up on them years ago Read more
Ya know I hate going back time and again but I order it takes them half an hour to prep and 15 minutes to do the rest.. until... they get to that quality check I stg they be quality checking for like 2 hours why you looking at my pizza for that long Read more
