I noticed a post from 6 months ago stating 2 hours to receive a pizza order must be the new norm. Well nothing has changed, we... placed an order Saturday night and it took 2 and a half hours to get our order. We had actually stopped ordering from Domino?sbecause of the long wait but thought hey let?s give them a shot. Nope, same disappointment. I would think for a $72 dollar orderit could arrive not burnt, cold, or sooner that 2.5 hours. We will go back to ordering from somewhere else as there is no reasonto keep ordering from here. I ordered 2 pizzas and it told me it would take roughly 25-35 minutes to get. When I got there I had to wait 30 minutes to get... my food that was supposed to be done at 7:03 was done at 7:36. They didn?t even start it till I was there. When I got home Inoticed that one pizzas had barely any dough so I couldn?t even eat half of it because it was all cheese and other toppings withno sauce at all on the pizza. Read more
I was having issues with the coupon online ordering. The staff was very busy and understaffed and still took the time. To make... sure the online pickup only coupon was correct. We got our pizzas and they were hot and delicious. I get we all live infrustrating times especially with the workforce being less than normal. Tracked the pizza on the app. App said it left the store over 40 minutes ago. Called the store was told it just left the store... as we were on the phone and that the app doesn?t really work. But after almost 2 hours it on its way. Wanted to know how long itsat under the heat lamps. The manager got on states if we are not happy with the qualities can return it to the store for acredit. That They are busy because they are the number one pizza place and any delivery will be 2 hours. When trying to askother questions she hung up. When the pizza did arrive there were olives on one of them. We never never order with olives. Butwe had a house of now famished kids so took the pizza anyway. This place is terrible. It goes further downhill every time we make the mistake of trying it again. The staff, including me... their "manager" were incredibly rude. The app was not allowing us to check in and she was hostile and accused me of being upsetwhen I asked if they would ho or their guarantee. She accused us of trying to get free food. The district manager was allegedlyon site and wouldn't come speak to us. Not only us staff rude, but the food is never ready when they say and it's sloppylooking. Drove 45 minutes home to open up this. Very disappointed?.. hard earned money? tip, donation.. and I go hungry because of... someone?s negligence.
