Hey just FYI guys, regarding to the post right before mine, that gal no longer works for Holiday Station, Circle K stores....I'm... super excited because I just got hired on there and I have gone to this particular store on 6th n 27th for six yrs now and thatsame gal was rude serra to me as well but I still continued to be the bigger person and walk away. This holiday gas station on 6th Ave I was heading home and wanted to stop here and my husband ran in for me due to I'm pregnant... and last trimester he asked what I wanted and said a cup of ice.. so he tried to get me a cup of ice and a beer for himself andthis lady Elaine that works there is extremely rude and assumed the wrong thing and said "can't serve you both it's a opencontainer" like that's not your job that's the cops job. He even said it's for my pregnant wife she's always assuming the wrongthing and extremely rude they need someone else to take her job. How can it be a open container when the beer isn't open?? There are plenty of holiday gas stations around and of course consumers have their choices. But I?m gonna tell you the crew at... this station is honest and true. Some of them are a little cranky but I like them that way. I?ve been in Billings for aboutthree weeks now and homeless for those three weeks and this gas station was one of the shining hopes that kept me going. Makesure you slapped Eli in the back of the head for me and say hello to the rest again. Eli is just the best. Read more
I went inside to use a pen, I needed to sign my check to direct deposit it. There was a pen laying on the counter so I didn?t... talk to anyone, I used the pen to sign my check. A blonde girl turned around and accused me of stealing. My boyfriend was by thecandy but I wasn?t even close to anything in there to steal. It?s on cameras. I tried to nicely talk to the employees that Ijust needed to use the pen and didn?t steal anything. They were rude and wouldn?t think to listen, they just kept saying theywould call the cops, and to get out. Read more
The gal working at around 7:00am on 4/05 was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a particular product, I couldn?t remember... the name but I was describing it. You handed me the wrong product, then rolled your eyes and got an attitude when I tried toexplain which product (which I could clearly see was in stock) was the one I wanted. You finally found the right one, slammed iton the counter, took the other one from me, and made some snippy remark. I get that it?s early, and I?m sorry that I couldn?tremember the exact name of the item I wanted. My day is just starting, and this interaction has already put a damper on my mood.I definitely won?t forget the name of what I wanted now, though, so thanks for that I guess. Please just be aware that sometimesyou?re a person?s first interaction of the day and how you treat them can affect their whole day. I hope you have a better daybecause you deserve it. I went in to purchase a pack of Zyn pouches. I unfortunately had my wallet stolen a few weeks back so I did not have my Drivers... License. I did however have my State Issued Concealed Carry permit. I went to use this as my ID only to have the employee behindthe counter to YELL at me "I WONT TAKE THAT"! Montana State Law requires that any business take a Valid state issued ID asecondary form of identification if a Drivers License is not available. Get your act together Holiday. Read more
Never in my life has somebody on the job treat me like garbage for absolutely no good reason! Last night a clerk at the... Northside location, told me she couldn't sell beer to me because I had previously been in earlier in the night and was too drunkto buy more.... I hadn't even started drinking yet, it was my 27th birthday and that's what I was trying to do but was rejectedbecause of her mistaking me for someone else! She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had my daughter learn how to pay at register and gave her 5 dollar bill to get 2 candy's which they rung up as 4.44 he took the... 5$ and said have a good day. I know it's only .56 cents but how many other people has he done this to. I work retail know matterhow young or old the customer is you always give back there change even if it's a penny. Read more
