Hu-Hot of Billings is a hidden gem, the food is fantastic plus it?s buffet style so if you want a lot you can get a lot or not.... I love how friendly the staff is and how clean it is all the time. Me and my boyfriend went to eat here today and WOW it has changed the employees were absolutely rude we felt like we were not... welcome and just got treated very badly it felt like the employees did not want to even be there and do there job....the onlyplus was the guy on grill cooking in the red shirt he was extremely nice welcomeing and the food tastes good but idk if that'senough to come back. Overall pretty disappointed we spent like $50 and got treated horrible.. Read more
Definitely need to hire more employees. No one at the register when I walked in because every employee was doing multiple jobs.... Ice cream machine went off like a fire alarm for five minutes until it gave up. And then five minutes later it started blaringan alarm again. Also if you are an adult you should grab two bowls for sure. It's like a real restaurant except instead ofwaiting for your food you stand in line for it. Place was packed and does not give an impression of cleanliness probably due tothe lack of employees. The food is delicious though. Had a good experience a few times before however this time, seems like it might be a manager... My girlfriend had the gastric... bypass surgery and she explained this and showed proof, in the past this would reduce a single meal cost but this time it wouldcost full price and they would give a small to go box. After, the sodas either had air bubbles or were out of syrup and thesweet tea was not sweetened in the slightest. My mother who was staying with me and my girlfriend in line since she isn't usedto this got skipped while in the cook line and then the manager came along and seen her bowl and told her she needed to stay inline with everyone else and move to the back... Yet they skipped her and then blamed her... I've been here a few times and itwas GREAT but this visit definitely hurts since it seems this guy was leading the others. Buyers beware, your past experiencewith this location might not be the same when you come in again and not knowing what experience you can have is a ghastlythought on the matter of customer service in general. Everyone was very nice and there was a wide variety for a selection of food choices. Just so everyone know that haven't been to... this Mongolian grill, this is a buffet style. Bowls to start with to pick our items were a bit small, but we made due. Gratefulfor the experience. Cooks were pleasant to interact with. Read more
HuHot is finally OPEN! Great food and service! New manager is great and very helpful. When my daughter spilled her drink he... quickly ran and grabbed a mop himself and cleaned it up! Building has been updated and is clean and well laid out. They eventook extra special care with my daughters lunch on the grill due to her nut allergy. So good! Read more
