Ordered yellow curry w/ beef and cashew chicken. The curry and veggies are wonderful but the pieces of beef are dry, tough and... flavorless. The curry itself was good enough to keep this from being 1 star but I don't see myself ordering from here again.Cashew chicken was good but not great, chicken also a bit tough. Read more

The new Imperial Thai is inside the recently renovated Vegas Hotel off of 27th street. The food is as awesome as it was... downtown. The portions are very generous as we had to take leftovers home. We have had some excellent Thai food in the US/Canada with this one being one of the best with original flavoring and very reasonable pricing. Can't sing enough praise andlooking forward to going back! Wish we could give it 10 stars! Thank you for another excellent meal!!!! Read more

I'm surprised at the positive reviews. Maybe it's because we ordered vegetarian items, with tofu? We ordered the Pan-Fried Bean... Thread Noodle and Pad See Ew Noodle, as take-out. Both were bland. The Pad See Ew had only a few pieces of broccoli. EDIT: (Inresponse to the owner's reply) We have eaten vegetarian entrees from at least 20 Thai restaurants over the years. I know that itis completely possible to make flavorful Thai dishes that are completely vegetarian; I have experienced them. It's not commonbut it definitely can be done. My review stands, and this interaction might be particularly valuable to other vegetarians. Read more

DIRTY KITCHEN is what you stare at while waiting 2 hours while the rude staff ignore the customers because they are running... multiple ghost kitchen scam with 3 inexperienced employees. If you order food from here don't expect it that night. Not theoriginal imperial thai, not good anymore. If you look in to that dirty kitchen you can see the counter full of numerous emptyto go bags, while waiting on food it sat like that for two hours. Read more

Absolutely terrible. The drunken noodles were over cooked and stuck together in a solid brick. When I tried to eat it they broke... apart instead of being slurpy and slippery. The flavor was overwhelmed by black pepper. The dish was tons of terrible noodles, afew pieces of pork and nothing else. I couldn’t even swallow two bites. Disgusting. The spicy cashew chicken was flavorlessand soupy. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place was trusty awful. Read more

I’m traveling from out of state and stopped in Billings for dinner. Saw Imperial on google and the pictures made it look like... a cute downtown restaurant. It appears as if they have moved from downtown to an industrial area of town within a hotel. Thefood was oily and rubbery. I’ve never seen such a bright orange pad Thai before. Also ordered crab rangoon and half the orderwas soggy and the other was super crispy. Read more

Great place!! This place has stayed open and managed to serve excellent food with out staffing, which is amazing!! They have... always managed to take care of their customers when everyone else would have closed. You want amazing food this is the place togo. Since moving into a better location they have teamed up with Patriots Kitchen and now offer 2 kitchens. 1 side offersAmerican food such as breakfast burritos, burgers, pizzas and more. The second side offers that amazing Thai food many Billingsresidents have grown to love. Try them out in their new location at 2612 Belknap Ave, Billings 59101 Read more
