Ordered ahead online at 4:33pm for delivery at 6pm. I called at 6:10 because the status on the tracker said it had yet to be... delivered. I talked to the "manager" who acknowledged the forgot it and told him I didn't want to pay for food that had beenforgotten about but still wanted my dinner as I'm at work. He preceding to very rudely, tell me they don't give away free food.I tipped and would never complain even if it was late as I understand that happens. Ordered my sandwich a little after 12pm. About 12:30pm got the notice that my order was out for delivery. When it had been 25... minutes since I received the notice I called the store to see what was taking so long (I work 2 blocks from the store). I wastold that the delivery person should have delivered mine first but that they take a lot of orders at once and that they areusually slammed during this hour. No other explanation just that they are busy during lunch. I now have been waiting 30 minutesand I still do not have my order. Definitely not freaky fast!!!!!!
