Food always tastes fine, delivery is usually quick. That being said, I don?t think I have ever received an order 100% correct.... Usually it?s something small, like missing straws, sandwich requested without something that is still in the sandwich, etc. Butthe last few times I?ve ordered, and they have been missing all of that, and then completely forgetting drinks, or sides, orextras that were ordered. Very hit and miss with online orders. The kids working can't chew gum, talk , and make sandwiches at the same time. Very... unorganized for a "fast food chain" and there online orders. Jimmy John's excels at tasty food and fast service but this comes at a cost. Much too often our order gets screwed up with the... sandwiches specifically. They have the best tasting bread & the most flavorful turkey I have ever eaten and I'm not a lover of turkey!! Well, I am now... lol The meat is juicy & tender. Plus, it doesn't have any gristle, veins or fat. It's so much better than Subway. They even selldelicious loaves of fresh baked bread!! I highly recommend. Read more
I dont frequent Jimmy John's often, first time from this location. It took about 30 or more minutes to get our food. Which would... have been fine but its like they made our sandwiches and skipped over all the options we chose.
