This has to be the absolutely worst paced restaurant I?ve ever seen. I placed an order for pickup online and waited an hour to... pick it up which was past the pick up time I was given. I sat in the store for another 40 minutes after I got there waiting formy food while they continued to prioritize door dash orders and show absolutely 0 hustle or motivation to do their job orsatisfy their customers. I ordered online for pick up for the store on Central at 4:34, I received an email that my order is ready at 5:27. My son got to... the store a little after that and they didn?t have the pizza in the heater so he could put the code in and just go. He had tostand in line for quite awhile, then when he finally got to the front of the line, an hour after I received the email that itwas ready and he now has to wait for a pizza to get done. I tried to call and of course they don?t answer. I have ordered likethis many times from the store on 5th and Grand and have never had a problem. Read more
Don't bother ordering ahead of time. You show up and your order is no where ready. They lie to you and say 7 more minutes when... it's really a 20 minute wait in a lobby full of people. This is a continuous problem. Their is nothing special about themanagement of this place. Read more
I?m putting 1 stars because every time I went to go get pizza and a crazy combo, they are always either on a wait for something,... or they always forget to give us something or give us the wrong pizza. I though little Caesar?s was supposed to be quick andeasy but it is always a hassle. If you want to get your pizza fast go to the one on grand ave. Read more
I give it only 3?'s cuz it's hit and miss here. Some days the staff are great and other days, not so great. The pizza is... Delicious and "Hot n Ready" as stated. If you order with other toppings it may be a little bit of a wait, but it's worth it.Just wish they would do the $5 box special(or it could be $6 now with the price of inflation) longer in the day. I understandthat with the school being right there and you get the high school kids in at lunch time but I really enjoy the square boxpizza. I also order the Twix Brownies with my order, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT TAKE THEM AWAY!!! I would be devastated ifyou did lol. Seriously tho, they are worth the purchase. They have M&M brownies also. If you don't have a lot of time for lunch,definitely hit one of the Little Caesars Pizza. Worth the money!! Read more
Wouldn't recommend if your in a hurry and they have the worst customer service ever. The guy up at til was rude and... condensneding. Definitely need to train employees better and a little customer service training might do wonders. I will not becoming back to this little Ceasars again. Read more
The guy working the front counter looked like he had smoked a pound of weed and could barely concentrate. He had to be reminded... several times of orders from people ahead of mine, then he forgot about mine, even giving people who ordered after me theirorder first. Unbelievable. Read more
