Hard to explain how terrible the service is at this location. Food is thrown together and messy. Worse is the wait time. It's... painfully long and they make almost every drive through customer pull around and park to wait for their food. Store on Centralis way better. I accidentally spilled my drink after I ordered it through UberEats. I called to ask if they still did free refills, and the... lady on the phone was extremely kind and offered to replace the drink. Well, this is diana's grandson using her phone, but this is awesome! my grandma took me here like 10 minutes ago and since her... birthday was september 7th it was free!
