Hard to explain how terrible the service is at this location. Food is thrown together and messy. Worse is the wait time. It's... painfully long and they make almost every drive through customer pull around and park to wait for their food. Store on Centralis way better. I accidentally spilled my drink after I ordered it through UberEats. I called to ask if they still did free refills, and the... lady on the phone was extremely kind and offered to replace the drink. After I got there to get a new one, everyone workingthere was extremely nice and understanding. I wish I got their names to properly give them credit for their amazing customerservice. Read more
Well, this is diana's grandson using her phone, but this is awesome! my grandma took me here like 10 minutes ago and since her... birthday was september 7th it was free! This McDonald's is impeccably clean! It is beautiful, comfortable, modern setting which is appropriate for your little ones. ... soft edges, soft seating everywhere. On top of that, the service is outstanding. There is an employee who comes around duringyour meal to offer help with clearing your table and anything else. Super friendly service. Love it here! Once again, the McDonalds on Grand is a testament to what managerial failure is. The hour of closing is SUPPOSED TO BE 11! ... Explain to me why I show up at 10:19 PM, all of your lights were on indicating that you were SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN, but when Ipull up to the speaker box I am greeted with a sign that says "due to staffing issues (read as "due to managerial incompetencebeyond our control")we will be closing at 10 PM. This is the second time I have gone to this location during what it's supposedto be business hours, wasted my gas and time to get there just to find out that because the management cannot do what it takesto staff the store on a Friday night, they must close. Every other restaurant on Grand was serving at that hour but McDonald's.What a shame! Read more
