On the Fourth of July Montana Sky was the only restaurant open. It was such a welcome suprise to be served by one of the... industry’s finest. Trevor was kind, hard working, attentive and fun even though he was totally swamped. Thanks for the greatservice, Trevor! Read more

Food was good! Service or kitchen was very slow, couldn’t really pinpoint it. Staff could be dressed more professional in the... restaurant, my waitress has a polo on with an undershirt showing. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! Came with a party of 12 for a birthday. I’ve lived in Billings my whole life... and always wanted to try it for the view. The moment we walked in, it’s apparent the decor is severely outdated andshould’ve been a red flag the restaurant was nearly empty. It took well over an hour and half to get drinks which could’vehad better cocktails at Applebee’s by far! They offered soup or salads; however, did not mention it’d be an up charge of $7.Sure we failed to tell them how to split checks but at the end they made US tell them how to split the checks which took anotherhour to split. Spent $1,000+ on the worst food, drinks and service we’ve ever received! Will never go back there. Stronglyencourage every one else to steer clear as well! Read more

Took my wife for our 36 anniversary of our first date. Outstanding views of Billings all the way to the Beartooth Mountains. ... Stunning sunset. Very quiet and personal as we arrived right at opening and only 2 other guests came in while we were there. Food was very good and super friendly server. Menu does not have a lot of choices but enough. Read more

There's a lot of clashing going on at the restaurant, almost like they can't truly figure out what they're going for. The... scenery is beautiful, the interior design is modern, nice, and comfortable, yet the lights are super bright. Not a low lightplace for romantic dinners at all. No ambient music at all. Just to tell you how bright the lights are, unless you are standingtwo feet away from the window, the glare is so bad you can barely see anything other than the city lights from the closestbuildings. Took around ten minutes to order our drinks, and another ten to get them. Took around thirty minutes to get ourappetizers, and another hour and fifteen minutes to get our main meal. We were a party of nine that night, so the wait wasunderstandable, but other guests also had a similar wait. The food itself was okay. We had the fritters for an appetizer, andthey were fantastic. Really enjoyed the appetizer. That's about the only positive thing I could say about their food. I orderedthe pub burger, something quite simple. Came out perfectly medium, just as I had ordered it. The seasoning was bland, tomato andonions were soft with very little crunch. Really nothing to write home about, seemed like an $8 burger, but costs $18. My sisterhad the flat iron steak, cooked medium rare, very little flavor and somewhat tough. The fries were the most disappointing. Verythin, with some seasoning, extraordinarily dry and although thin, they were not at all crispy. All things considered, it's nota horrible experience, just be prepared to overpay and not be blown away. Despite the Hilton name, it is just a mediocre at bestrestaurant with a decent view. Really not sure who they're trying to attract or impress, considering it's not very romantic, thefood isn't great, and food is relatively expensive for the experience, but hey, you ate at the Hilton restaurant on the 20thfloor. I had an amazing New York Strip at Sky Montana. The food was good and the ambience was very nice. I also enjoyed the view from... the resturant it gave my guest the chance to see billings from another angle which he enjoyed. Their beer menu leaves somethingto be desired especially since they have local breweries all around them. All they carry are you cliche bottled beers whenthirsty street, uberbrew, Montana brew, and angry hanks are literally only two blocks away... Also they did not had e enoughstaff their for the amount of occupied tables but our waitress did a great job and comped a drink because she could not be moreattentive. Read more
