Didn't do our order for 2 drinks. Also added .25 on to the tip when the total should have been 15.00 and they put 15.25 I wrote... 15.00 for the total. I know it's just a quarter but if I put only that much down that's how much it should have been! I wonderwho else they did that too. I really liked it last time I went and this was not how I expected to be treated while here. my momwaited patiently I went to the restroom with my 2 sons and came back, still no drinks, they did do the order for person after usand then asked us if we needed to order... they can sure take the payment and add to the tip but not do our order. Immediatelygot a refund. If I didn't get the refund tho I wouldn't have found out they added that .25 to the tip. Read more
Doesn't know how to type card number in or make coffee. ????
Went in and got a aciai bowl from the mountain mud in the mall. I have to say they need to change the price of their bowls if... they are going to severe old food and only make the bowls half way full. Definitely not worth 12$. To me this is a rip off andgross food. Read more
Açaí did not taste like açaí. They can?t pronounce it or spell it either. Almost all toppings missing. Can?t believe they... charge $12 for fake açaí. Customer service is terrible too. Read more

We waited in line with two cans of soda and a bottle water. We waited for about 15 min. There was one employee working. When it... was our turn, she never acknowledged us. Then, she turned and said "it will be awhile". No hello, thanks for waiting.Weexplained this is all we had and just wanted a piece of banana bread too. Could she just ring us up. She proceeded to justignore us again and began working on her coffee machine. We went to the pretzel store across the way and got our stuff there.Wont be going back. Terrible customer service.
