Ordered pizza for delivery on the PJ app. Email confirmation that order would be delivered in 68 minutes. At 1.5 hours later,... called the store to learn that they are open for carry out only. Would have been nice to know this BEFORE ordering. Now we haveto go fetch the food and eat it after it has been under a heat lamp for an hour. Pathetic. Read more
Apparently they use door dash for their deliveries now. Even if you order off their website. It took FOREVER to get to us and... the guy had to pickup and deliver another order while ours sat in his car. Won?t be buying here again. Not trying to get coldpizza. Read more
Update; They let someone else take my delivery order and customer never got it. So they stood there and they just looked at me... and they kind of argued the fact that somebody else took it and they weren't showing any signs of wanting to make it again! Thisteam is kind of sloppy and lazy not the normal team that I'm used to working with needless to say, after explaining this to thecustomer the customer called them I called support while I dropped off my other order that I had already in my car. Now I'm backat Papa John's and this girl could not be moving any slower she already put the pizza up and then she went and filled bottlesbefore she got the sauce for the nuts very very unprofessional she needs to go then she just slams it on the counter and walksaway very unprofessional very disappointed with them tonight!!!This is a great Papa John's location. everybody is just sofriendly! Orders are hot fresh and quick I've never had to wait more than three or four minutes so that's a good thing. I'm adelivery driver for several different outlets and this place is on top of my list for pizza places! Also the Papa John's on theWest end 24th Street Great crew there too and all the same reviews. Had called in a pick up for me and my mother, two Philly cheese steak papadias. When we got them it was basically only onion and... green peppers. Took one bite and called them. The manager was very rude and when I told her what was the problem it was only tohave dead silence on the other end. They couldn't even apologize. I hate this place, half the time my pizza is cold and the boxhas soaked up all of the grease. I keep giving them a shot but I don't want them to keep stealing my money. So pizza was very late, but directions to my apartment are a little hard. That wasn?t bad, but when I open the box the bacon was... still raw, like I can almost see through it raw and soft. Had to pick all the bacon off. Basically ruined my whole pizza. Read more
Waited an hour and a half for our pizza before calling, just to be on hold for 20 minutes and my husband called and was... connected to a person immediately, but then was transferred and never actually got someone to answer. The management clearly isawful and needs to do better at training their employees. Read more
