If I could give a minus I would.I ordered food it was a hour to get my food to begin with, then when it was delivered. The... delivery driver had already delivered my order to someone else. He appeared to be drunk. I call the branch and the manager saidshe would have to remake the order. Which meant another hour food wouldn't get here till after 8 I was finally able to get herto refund my Credit card. She blamed it on door dash. I didn't order it from door dash. Zero stars if I could. We ordered delivery on the app. I kept checking the tracking info and it said in the oven. After 30... minutes I tried calling and it kept saying could not be transferred. Finally the manager called me and informed me that they hadno delivery drivers to bring our food. I asked how long it had been sitting and she said probably 30 minutes. Not once did sheoffer to deliver the food or at the very least make us fresh food and we would come pick it up. Her attitude was she did notcare. It wasn?t there fault so either come get food after it?s been sitting for half an hour or do without. We did get a refundbut everything was then closed so no food tonight after our long 10 hour trip. Always friendly, fast and good for making sure I have everything in my orders before I I'm out the door! When orders aren't... placed thru the DD App, DD drivers do not have a list of the items ordered... It's comforting to know they've got my back!Thanks, Guys! Read more
Waited in the drive through for 50 minutes. The manager said they were experiencing a cheese malfunction, which makes me... question pizza hut as a whole. No refund, no discount, nothing. Although the manager was fairly apologetic, I won't bereturning. The cheese was like a powdered texture, not quite parmesan cheese like, just really gross. And it didn't make sensebecause the cheese on the pepperoni side was just fine. Idk, I suggest Papa Johns out of the three chains for sure, I wanted togive Pizza Hut a chance since they are literally 3 blocks away, never again. There's no excuse for me to wait almost an hour inthe drive through with no discount or good product. I even showed up 5 minutes after the ready time. Read more
Any other Pizza hut in town is better than this stop. I ordered 3 pizzas well done, one sausage and 2 bacon, some cajin fries... and bread sticks. I could not even eat the bacon pizzas they went in the trash since they were so soggy and under cooked. Thefries tasted like rubber and even my kids who love fries didn't want them. I have tried this location a few times and almostevery time there is an issue. Either they run out of ingredients (pizza doe, alfredo sauce) or they are just closed random daysof the week. Read more
We ordered delivery, we were told they ran out of dough for pan pizza. It was like eating a cracker. Very minimal toppings.... We're still hungry. 0 stars, would not recommend. Read more
