First pick up was fine.(DoorDash) 2nd was horrible. You have two little girls who need a lesson on customer service. They hand... me the food, no drinks. She then asks me what they are. Ordered chicken, they said they were out of sides I wanted, then when I got home, all chicken was spicy, no bicsuits and they... were closed called back next day, manager seemed fine with replacing meal but when I went to get it said oh we weren't out ofanything last night. So when I got to the window the young man said she wasn't there when I originally was there last night. Asa manager why have an attitude and call someone a liar about something you didn't even know about you weren't there. And thetopper the bag my order came in was dirty, as off the floor... 30 minutes in the drive thru. The lobby is closed so they are literally helping 1 person at a time. And yet it still takes 30... minutes. Not to mention the quality of their food has to be the bottom 1% of Popeyes in existence. Read more
Workers were nice and food good. But really disappointing and inconvenient that only the drive-thru was open in the middle of... the day. Why!? Also I had to wait for 15 minutes for chicken to get cooked!!! Read more
My sister, her husband and her 4 kids were ahead of us and ordered 6 chicken tender meals and only got 2 dipping sauces then... they pulled back around and asked us to get the sauce and just hand it across and they told us to pull forward and they nevershowed up with it. The lobby was also closed. We are 10 hours from home waiting on them to bring us what we ordered. And thenthey shorted us sauce also and a fry. But we didn?t want to get home at midnight so we had to leave. They even come outside togive someone else their order that had to pull ahead also. Very unhappy.. Read more
Ordered chicken tenders macaroni and mashed potatoes through the drive through. Took off and opened it down the road. No... napkins. No silverware. I ate the chicken. I order these food through the DoorDash app. I got a 1/4 lb Popcorn Shrimp Dinner, Handcrafted Tender Combo(5 pcs) and a Classic... Chicken Sandwich. Everything came hot and fresh and smelled good. The food were mostly perfect. The sandwich was huge, and themeat was tender and delicious. One considerable was I have a option to take the pickle out on the ordering page which was myfavorite part because I DON?T LIKE PICKLES AT ALL! At the beginning, I didn?t know it was shrimp although I knew I order thePopcorn shrimp, I thought it was chicken or simply deep-fried flour mixture. I found it out after I tore the little thing, yesit was a REAL shrimp. I like chicken tender actually, but this time, the meat tasted weird, and I used to to cook noodles whichwas great. I also chose three kind of sauce: Buttermilk Ranch, Sweet Heart, and Cocktail. The Cocktail tastes strange, SweetHeart tastes like sweet chili sauce and tends to be spicy. I believe the Ranch sauce would be the most popular one which isacceptable for me. There are two sides and biscuits included the meals. They became my breakfast. I heated them in themicrowave for one minute. The biscuits became softer, I didn?t like it before, but this time, it tasted better. I put thebutter on the top, and it melt fast. The grape jam was delicious too. The red bean and rice was spicy. The taste was good buttoo salty. The mashed potato looked so creamy, the taste was smoothly. Wonderful chicken. Unfortunately they were out of pretty much everything else. If this is a common supply issue with this... location, I'd suggest increasing available supply. Note to google and website this location is open on tuesday. Read more
