I haven't been here in ages, because it was really bad for awhile, but today I was like let's try this place again. Glad I did!!... It was a slower process but the food was hot n fresh. Look, I love food. I even love low quality food for the most part. (I am a taco bell fanatic) But this food has yet again... disappointed. Everything is bland for the most part except the only flavors are like a freezer burnt flavor. The hamburger meat,the tortillas, the tots. Everything tastes like it's been the in the freezer for way too long, taken out, fried and then sataround, and then eventually microwaved. Super weird, off flavors everytime I go and everything is wet and soggy. (only the veryfirst time when they first opened, the burger was great) Terrible food, terrible flavors, I am just utterly shocked people caneven eat this food. I know the new managers are trying so hard to keep this place around and thats respectable but the foodspeaks for itself. Read more

If you want to doordash or uber eats from here just know that they will not prioritize your order, they won't even start it... until the deliver person checks in, and even then it's not started until everyone else is done. If you're a delivery driver,consider declining sonic orders. Not worth it to wait 20-30 minutes for 3-5$. The only time they are prompt is when you're atthe front of the line or there is no line. I have tried to give this place a chance. 3 times I've gotten delivery. They are the worst. They have not read the directions... for the food orders anytime. I've had to pick things off every time. They never add the items I ask for but trust me, I getcharged for them. The soft pretzels might be good if they could only send the "signature cheese sauce", if they aren't going togive you cheese sauce then take it out of the description for goodness sake and make it an option to add. Oh wait that wouldn'tmatter because they don't read that anyhow. Also, when I order a drink it would be really nice to get a straw. Especially when Icheckmark the box specifically asking for one. Oh wait my mistake those things never get read. Don't assume that because youorder a drink you will get a straw. I am pretty much done with the chances. No wonder there are hardly ever any people there. Read more

We waited 25 minutes in the drive in and got absolutely no service. Finally left and went to Taco John?s. Got service right away... and only waited 5 minutes to get food. Can?t give a review on the food because got no service. Read more

Nothing like 5 orders of unfresh food to go. Fries were old and stale no flavor the hamburgers were halfway hard from sitting to... long the popcorn chicken was hard as well. Easily the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. It wasn't super busy, but took them 20 minutes to answer the red button, then... they put us on hold... just left the speaker active while they chit chatted about other things for another 10 minutes. Theyfinally took our order and it took almost an hour to come out. Yes, it was a complicated order, but they were out of severalthings so we had to keep figuring out other options for those with dietary restrictions. They rang up the order correctly. Itcame out horribly wrong. I hit the red button again and told them it was wrong and the lady got very aggressive and hateful andblamed me for ordering it wrong. I told her it was right on the receipt and that made her more mad and she said she would get itout to us eventually. They put meat on all the vegetarian's food or else we would have just accepted the wrong order and movedon at this point. After 20 more minutes, I had to flag down a car hop and he ran in and got our corrected food. The car next tome also had to flag the poor kid down to get their order corrected after they argued with the lady via the speaker. It was ahorrible 2 hour experience for mediocre cold Sonic food. This was the last thing we did in Billings, delaying the next leg ofour drive by about 1.5 hours more than expected, and leaving a sour taste in our mouths after what had been an otherwiseamazingly lovely stop on our vacation with incredibly friendly people. This Sonic honestly brings down the whole town. Read more
