When they are there they make good drinks, but some of the employees here have a habit of taking 2hr lunch breaks. I shop at... this Albertsons because it has a Starbucks, but I'm only able to get a drink maybe 1/3 of the time. I've gone back and checkedtoday and they've been "on lunch" for 3 hours now. My partner went into this shop to buy me a decaf coffee. We are on the road, I have SEVERE allergies to chocolate and caffine,... barista was made full aware, but I love the decaf caramel macchiato. My mistake for thinking brand consistency was a key part ofStarbucks dlbranding identity. What I got was a caffeinated mocha. My mistake for not double checking. They don't understand the products they sell and are very rude. I ordered an espresso macchiato, which is on the menu. The women... taking my order asked if I wanted it hot or cold, I informed her that it only comes as a hot drink and further explained thatit's a double shot with a dollop of steamed milk. I'm not sure what was prepared but it looked more like a latte... when Irequested my beverage be re-made after explaining how it should be made, the server yelling at me explained that she justcompleted her training and this drink isn't available and that there are other Starbucks in town, so basically go away.
