Please go back to your old way of cooking your beer battered shrimp. I loved the food here BUT especially the shrimp. Except for... lately. They look beautiful when brought out but the last two times I have ordered the shrimp had a goddess awful batter makingthem doughy not like the fried shrimp they use to serve. This use to be my favorite place to eat breakfast. I would tell everyone to go here... but for 3 months now. They refuse to get... hashbrowns... and even put then back on the menu. I called in to ask and they said the owner doesn't want them back but has halfcooked mashed spud... gross. Who ever made that a thing was a lazy person. I know im not the only hashbrown lover. Horrible Experience tonight! For starters we?ll just say the food and the service was Horrible! The waitress was drunk and had... no idea what she was doing. she was leaning on one of us customers because she couldn?t even stand up on her own. The food wasall Raw and the steaks were still mooing ???? Out of 7 orders only one of them was edible and that was the Grilled cheese! Wewere offered to take one meal off of the bill which was well over close to $200 or more. 3 separate parties myself and myhusbands were not even edible they were both raw they took one meal off and had us pay for the rest! Party of one was also notcooked he had to pay for his meal that he didn?t eat! Party of 1 is also a disabled vet and was not even offered a discount forhis service! Pretty disrespectful if you ask me! Party of 2 with a to go order they got one meal taken off of 2 that were notedible! The drunk waitress came over and told us they were out of the special so the to go order was no longer available.Manager comes over to talk to us he tells us the drunk waitress told him we cancelled the to go order because our meals wereraw and we didn?t want it not true! As stated above she said the special was no longer available! Special did not come with whatwas pictured online! This place has been good in the past but the way this was handled was very unprofessional as was thewaitress! Manager was polite but had other issues to tend to as the cops were in there look for someone who stole white clawsfrom Albertsons! This issue was brought to their attention a few times but the drunk waitress never came back after bring us ourfood or refill our drinks. Would be nice if they added a kids menu as well! Read more
