We have eaten here a few times and it's always a great experience. The staff works well as a team and they are friendly with... customers. I witnessed an employee having a fluent conversation in Spanish like it was his first language, which made thehispanic customer feel comfortable. Extremely disappointed in my first attempt to get a sandwich from here. First off, if they're supposed to wear a mask, then they... should probably wear it properly or not at all. Just covering the mouth and not the nose defeats the purpose. Now let's get tothe sandwich. I ordered the new Cali fresh turkey and they barely had enough avocado to cover half the sandwich, mind you it was5pm, and they couldn't grasp the concept of charging me for something I'm not fully getting. Giving this review based on my Experiance today. I believe her name was Taison? Something like that. Kept saying she was knew I... thought like 2nd day for sure with how slow she was. She started like 6 weeks ago! What?! Worst sandwiches we have ever had. Wegot a melt and she SHOVED it into the bag. The entire outside of the brown bag was covered in sauce and super messy. We openedthe bag and it was so shoved in there it looked more like a salad then a sub. This location shouldn?t be leaving someone thisinexperienced there alone. I won?t be back. I pass by a lot of subways to stop at this one. The guys that I've had working are very nice and attentive to your order. They... look overworked and underpaid but they keep it clean and are very polite and quick. I've only tried one other subway in Billingsso far and that one was very disappointing. This store makes my sub and I can make my 45 min drive to the house and eat it andit's not a sopping wet mess from oversaucing. Nobody wants a soggy sub. And this store hasn't disappointed me so far.
