Great food but the touch screen in drive thru need to be calibrated badly. Very difficult to press the item you want and it not... give you the item below it. This includes entering your phone number to recall prior order. Read more

Today this place gets a 2star rating with delivery service. It was one sandwich and it was supposed to be ready by 7:25pm. It is... now 7:45pm.! You need to keep making orders in order! You only made orders as they came in...ignoring the one( that you calleddoordash) to come get! You wasted my time and money and the customer will blame me for it being late! Read more

Ordered two footlongs online - husband went to pick up and got so much nasty attitude from the employee that he didn't leave a... tip (we ALWAYS tip). Got home and one sandwich had the wrong cheese, no banana peppers and about half a cup of jalapenos and wasweirdly wet - not saucy. I just left this Subway location 10 minutes ago and I will never be back. First, when I walked in they told me that I would have... to order at their kiosk as their dining area was closed. No biggie. But when I went to order at the kiosk I noticed there weresandwiches that they carry that were not listed. I picked a different sandwich and pulled up to pay. I asked the gal why theydon't have buffalo chicken anymore? She said they do but that some items aren't listed on the kiosk! SERIOUSLY??!!! So I askedif I could get that instead of the sandwich I had ordered? She said no because they had already made my sandwich??!!!SERIOUSLY??!!! WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!! No apologies! Nothing! This subway location did a terrible job. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich and the staff behind the counter never talked to... me once they almost acted like I was a ghost. I didn?t get greeted or welcomed at all And the chicken was not warm at all. Thetoppings were just thrown on the sandwich without care and when the cashier handed me my change they just threw it on thecounter instead of handing it to me directly. The worst customer service I?ve ever received. Employee was rude and kept shutting the window when I was still asking questions,... saying ?mhm?rushing me. He then proceeded to say ?I can hear you!? When I tried to repeat my question, with a horrible attitudeacting like I was inconveniencing him. I asked for the manager and she was no better, she made excuses for this guy. She told methat ?nobody?s nice to him not even his own family, so he?s not nice? and ?We are working on him? lmao well he shouldn?t beworking with customers then. She didn?t resolve the issue at all. I get that they are short staffed and not as quick as usual. But the food was very unpleasant. I got Italian herb and cheese... bread- it had a weird fishy flavor?!?! My husband had the same kind of bread, exact same issue. The person serving us was veryannoyed to have to make our food and the manager was on the phone for at least 20 min. Cuz we were there literally just waitingin line for 15 min. Mostly just weirded out about the bizarre bread flavor. Read more
