Gave 2 stars because 1 of the staff was ok but the other guy handled cash then didn't wash his hands before he put gloves on... then put the veggies on the guy in front of me sub! In a pandemic no less! Read more

Horrible Service. I went in this subway to get a chicken protein bowl just like I do every week. Not even a hello how may I... help you. They guy just looked at me and waited for me to talk. The chicken is usually cut up into bite size pieces just liketheir advertised and they were going to put one big piece of chicken on the salad. When I asked to have it cut up they said wedon?t have to do that. Very rude and will not be back. Read more

If I could give no stars I would. We ordered two sandwiches through Uber Pickup. We got to the store a little early and waited... in the car for a notification that our order was ready. Once we got the notification we went inside and waited for nearly fiveminutes for the employee to stop sweeping and assist us. After this we got our subs and headed home. Upon arriving home werealized that our entire order was wrong. My sandwich was supposed to have no veggies, whereas my wife's should've had many thatwere missing. Both sandwiches were on wheat bread instead of what we ordered. Neither sandwich had the extra meat and cheese wepaid for. The chips and cookies we paid for are also nowhere to be found. So I called the store to get an explanation. Once theworker eventually answered the phone, she asks how she can help and I state that we just picked up an online order. She has theaudacity to ask if the bread is wrong and apologize saying that they only had wheat. (In my opinion changing someone's ordermerits a phone call) I reply with, well that's a start but literally everything is wrong with our order. She said I'm sorry Ididn't make it. So here I am writing a review about how disappointing the food is, disgusting the workers attitudes are, anddissatisfied you will be if you go here. I recommend just headed over to Shiloh and getting food from one of the amazingsandwich shops there. Don't waste your time or money on this dump. Read more

Showed up when store was about to close and a few people in line ahead of me and to my dismay only one person working.... Surprisingly the man working was extremely quick, accurate and friendly. I have been served by four people and together theywere slower than this guy. Thanks Tommy. It was great meeting you. Read more

On the most part the staff at this location is really friendly. However I feel a few of them need to be educated on how to wear... the mask. It doen't go below the nose. And also if they cough they should do so where customers can not see them and they shouldwash their hands each time they touch their mask. Read more
