The general manager, a little short guy with glasses and a shaved head refused to give me his name and my Uber eats orders after... waiting over 30 minutes patiently, and all because I gestured over towards the cups and asked if I could help with the drinks.The little girl working got an attitude and out comes running the gm asking what's the problem and when I stated my case herefused to give me the two orders. So I lost money and he claims to be reporting me to Uber for absolutely nothing. This placewas a complete disaster and the staff is made up of young immature non working kids and ran by a punk. The Manager is not a nice guy. An Uber eats driver came in and waited so patiently and even helped another customer only to be... kicked out of the store for offering to help with drinks? I'm a Doordash Driver. I'm very unhappy with how poorly the service is here now. The manager hates his job and it is rubbing off... on the employees. Nobody looks happy there. Nobody smiles and frankly,they are rude! I grew up in this Taco Bell location andnow I cringe at the idea of ordering there! I will happily drive the extra distance to go to any others of the 4 locations herein town! They all have a friendly atmosphere, great customer service with a welcoming smile....and they work togetherEfficiently as a team! Grand should just close their doors or get new management! I order from Taco Bell many times, and every experience is great. The staff is friendly and ready to help. This time I ordered... the Taco& Burrito Cravings Pack, Cantina Crispy Melt Taco Box, and the Power Menu Bowl. The food was warm, fresh and packedwell when arrived. I like the burrito from the cravings pack which is creamy and flavorful. The tacos were delicious too, and Iprefer the crispy ones. The bowl?s size wasn?t as I expected but the food was over my expectation. Overall, everyone andeverything was great! Read more
Just like everywhere else, it's fast food. The speed of service is usually okay but the food is almost always wrong. They always... forget my sauce packets too which is very irritating. If you want good food, eat at home. If you want quick, poorly madeburritos, Taco Bell is the place. Read more
