Slowest place ever. And I'm assuming is the manager is cooking who is so slow. There's also four other employees standing about... when there could be a front of house and a drive-through cook at the same time. They also don't start your DoorDash until youask them about it 10 minutes after sitting there. It's absolutely ridiculous. Read more
My bride loves taco burgers from Taco Johns, usually these guys are on point; they did forget the sour cream, so that costs them... a point--overall, this location in Billings, MT was on point. Friendly, engaging, and even though it was 30 minutes before closethey had great attitudes! Keep up the ???? team--GREAT Job! Read more
Very very slow location!! I have tried coming here a few times and it's always the sane result. I do not recommend coming here... if you want fast food! No sense of urgency with anything, especially the cook. Read more

Upon arriving at this establishment I noticed no exterior lights on and the drive thru menu was not lit either so we checked the... hours on the door which reflected open until 11 :00 PM. We decided to order at the drive thru around 9:15 PM and were greeted bya very rude male (pictured) and he would not let me finish my order and continously kept repeating "is that it? what?" and totop it off he messed up a very simple order. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a very nice woman who was very politeand helpful. I let her know that I asked for an extra order of potato oles but the guy did not relay that so she offered me anoption to make the oles large size for an extra dollar or add one order at full price so we opted for the one dollar upsize. Therude male then looked at me, scowled then rolled his eyes. I can understand having a bad shift but if that is the case then heshould not be working with the public. Order took over 20min and was incorrect. Asked to swap beans out for ground beef. And got extra beans and overloaded w ground... beef. And multiple people working there have come in contact w covid. Recently had a family member working there for a few hrsand getting covid. Where your mask! Read more
