We visit and eat at microbreweries frequently. We tried some of the beers and found the Helles was the only one that we cared... for. Our salad was very limp and our bison burger was a perfectly square piece of meat most likely frozen. What a disappointmentafter reading many reviews saying it was a great brewery. The service and beers were great! The beer flight was HUGE! They offer a complete flight for all of their beers, but we didn?t... think we could tackle it. Local brewery with a great selection of beers as well as really good food. The special that was available when we stopped by was... a Phesant and dumplings plate that was amazing !! Our waitress Rainbow was very knowledgeable about all the different beerselections as well as the entire menu. Overall a great place for the whole family to enjoy good food and great beer !! Delicious food, great beer, and super friendly staff. You couldn't really ask for more. John was my server, and walked me... through a lot of the beers, ever gave me sample pours of a few. I landed up with a flight. The coffee porter and theTangergranite whitbeer were amazing. The pretzel was huge, buttery, and delicious. It paired great with the sweet whole grainmustard and cheese. Finally the huckleberry brownie with sea salt and vanilla ice cream was a great end to the meal. Theespresso chili powder on top added a bit of spice to the sweet huckleberries.
