We came for lunch and understandably it was extremely busy, we waited for our order it never came so we asked and I believe it... was a manager or an assistant manager that found our order in another person's order, rolled her eyes when we asked if it wascold ( it was) it had been sitting for 10 minutes in this other person's order, said employee told us it wasn't cold and walkedaway, no apology nothing. Needless to say it was the absolute worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had. Read more

Man? I?m super not picky and I keep trying to give them a chance because I live so close, but this is like the 5th time I got a... room temperature burger with rubber hard beef and cold bun ???? my 5 year old is not picky at all and I tried giving my burgerto her, but even she said it was hard and cold. Last time this happened, I went back to give them a chance to make it right,and they took so long to remake my food that it made me late for work. I can?t be late for work anymore, but if you decide toeat here, be sure to expect cold hard food and long waits. Read more

The guy taking orders tonight was very short with us and would not listen when we tried to correct our order. When we got to the... first window,I asked for a receipt so we could make sure the order was correct. He said we would get it at the next window andclosed his window. When we got to the next window, our order was wrong....as we new it was going to be. The gal at the pick upwindow was trying to fix it and the guy that took the order was still arguing. She got our order right and was trying got figureout how much more we owed, but the other guy was still arguing so she told us to just take it. After all of that, we git homeand the iced tea I ordered was sweet....I ordered unsweetened. SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN!! Read more
