Nothing like ordering food and missing things. Like a large order of fries oh and chicken nuggets from the kids meal . How do... you mess up the fact that you?re missing chicken nuggets out of the main item of kid meal. Sure I can forgive the large friesbut chicken nuggets really how stupid do you have to be to miss that. It?s basic math read how many items are on your receiptthen how many items are in the bag if something doesn?t match then you?re forgetting something. Read more
Wendy's is everything you expect from a fast food restaurant. The food is reasonably good. This particular Wendy's was very busy... when we visited. When we got our order out fries were already cold and did not test as good doing them into our frosty. Trygoing when not busy. Read more
We ordered 2-4for4s and a #8Large. The burgers on the 4for4s were supposed to be Jr cheeseburgers deluxe, but instead, not only... were they regular hamburgers, but the meat was so old it was dry, and the buns were hard! On top of the order being wrong, theburgers were putrid. Everything else was fine, but you should never serve anything that could give people food poisoning. Makesure you're only handing out food you would pay for and enjoy. If the meat is old, throw it out and make new ones. I'd ratherwait 10minutes than waste my money buying food that should have been in the trash. Read more
The line is usually long here, but the wait time is very short! I don't think there has been one time here where an order has... been messed up, it's always hot and made correctly. The staff is wonderful and the older gal at the pay window is always supersweet to my kiddos! Good location! Read more
I liked the easy access and friendly fast service the most. The dining area was clean, and as comfortable as fast food... restaurant dining areas usually are. I?m bummed that Wendy?s doesn?t carry the side salad any longer but that?s a corporatedecision so it doesn?t affect my rating of this store. The DIY Coke multi-drink machine is really nice for those of us who don?tprefer their basic lineup of cola products, and this place has two of them. Very good decision for the customers! Read more
Went through drive through and ordered food waited 25-30 minutes in the line got to the widow to pay and tried my Apple Pay... which I?ve used several times before and never had a problem but this time they couldn?t figure it out at the first window andhad me pull to the next where they still didn?t know what they were doing said my card decline 15 times and the manager wasbeing aggressive about it and very rude so I pulled away and called my bank and the bank said my card was active and good to goI had more then enough funds for the order and that they never seen a declined transaction.
