Donuts were great even though we didn't get the assortment that we requested
I used to go to this establishment often. Over the last six months or so they have gone downhill considerably. I don't get the... order I want, they don't have what they advertise and today was the last straw. After taking my money I had to wait for them tomake a cup of coffee. And to make the cup of coffee they had to clean the coffee machine. When I finally received the coffee itwas lukewarm and without the cream and sugar that I ordered. I won't be back. Read more

I love ordering my drink, and the order being repeated back to me correctly, only to find out that is not what was given to me.... If I order a certain milk in my coffee, I expected just that. No receipt taped to the cup. No paper receipt handed to me. I knewthe drink looked lighter in color but didn't think too much on it. As I sipped, I knew something was wrong. Because I wastraveling and had no proof of purchase, I wasted $5+. I didn't even get to drink it. Thanks, guys. In the future, please bemindful/considerate of people's dietary request. Read more
