I used to go to this establishment often. Over the last six months or so they have gone downhill considerably. I don't get the... order I want, they don't have what they advertise and today was the last straw. After taking my money I had to wait for them tomake a cup of coffee. And to make the cup of coffee they had to clean the coffee machine. When I finally received the coffee itwas lukewarm and without the cream and sugar that I ordered. I won't be back. Read more

This location is awful!!!!I just moved into the area and was happy to see there is a Dunkin Donuts right down the street but... that happiness has quickly gone away. This location claims to be so busy they never have donuts?if that were the case why aredonuts not fresh?????Two management obviously has no clue what they are doing as if you know you?re gonna be busy wouldn?t youknow by now you need more product???You should not be depleted of ALL donuts by 10 AM.I?m calling corporate andcomplaining.Customer Service sucks too!!! I love ordering my drink, and the order being repeated back to me correctly, only to find out that is not what was given to me.... If I order a certain milk in my coffee, I expected just that. No receipt taped to the cup. No paper receipt handed to me. I knewthe drink looked lighter in color but didn't think too much on it. As I sipped, I knew something was wrong. Because I wastraveling and had no proof of purchase, I wasted $5+. I didn't even get to drink it. Thanks, guys. In the future, please bemindful/considerate of people's dietary request. Read more

Before you even think of stopping here, count to 5 and just don't. Wrong order constantly, always out of 60%+ of the menu, hot... beverages are cold, mobile orders accepted just to not be ready and have to reorder when you get there, and the attitudes areatrocious. Spend the few extra bucks and go somewhere of quality. Read more

My coffee was made to perfection and they were so incredibly kind and helpful when I asked for some help with my DD app, which... resulted in me earning additional points. Would definitely visit this location again! Read more

I keep trying to give this place chance after chance, after chance. It's unfortunate because I'd much rather get coffee (because... of the size and price) here than anywhere else, but they can't ever seem to get my order right. Just this morning, I wentthrough the drive thru (since it always seems faster than going inside and ordering), and I ordered a latte (which was made withWAY too much sugar/flavoring, not even sure there is espresso in it), and a sausage and egg croissant, NO CHEESE. I emphasizedno cheese more than once over the speaker. The cashier read my order back to me correctly. Well I pull up to the window to pay,and was given my latte as I'm rung up. The cashier asks someone that I can't see if they have my sausage and egg croissant readybut it had been made with cheese. The cashier politely asks me to pull up and they'll bring out the right sandwich. I pull upand wait. And wait. And wait. Blocking all kinds of traffic, so I finally pull into a spot and walk in the store. I explain thatI was waiting on someone to bring out my sandwich with sausage and egg, with NO CHEESE. The lady at the counter said, "do youhave a sausage and egg croissant with no cheese ready?" She is handed a bag, the bag is handed to me. I get in my car and checkthe bag. I was given a croissant with sausage and cheese. I can't even count the amount of times this has happened at thislocation, so I think from now on, I will go to the local owned, Grind Coffee across the street. Read more
