Grabbed drinks to wake up the fam before checking out of the hotel. The gentleman taking orders was very pleasant and upbeat. ... I ordered three drinks (hot chocolate, chai latte, and double espresso) and all were great. The lady making drinks was awesomealso. Hubs decided to run down for a breakfast sandwich and the place was crowded. The nice gentleman had left and only thetwo girls remained. Both very pleasant but struggling to keep up while the line continued to wrap around the dining area. Iwas a little more than disappointed to see a lady in the back not coming out to assist. Walked into a line at the HARDROCK location right before 11pm (they close @12am according to Dunkins official... advertisement//website) after standing in line for 5 minutes one of the register workers announced that the next person in linewould be the last (was told this @ 11:07pm ) And that everyone standing in behind that wouldn?t be able to get coffee. I wentnext door to Ben and Jerry?s to order something instead and watched a black man come up and basically flirt his way into gettinga coffee after hours , AFTER telling other customers to leave while being rude, but had the audacity to flirt with someone andalso bending the rules once again to accommodate the workers. This was on Friday the 15th 2022. I sat and read the reviews onthis location for whatever reason ( I don?t usually) and I see why everyone was complaining. The workers you have there makingthe drinks (tho I never received mine) are rude lazy and makes y?all?s corporation as a whole look bad when you hire middle agedangry ladies who aren?t appreciative of their job . They stop serving food 2 hours before closing. Understaffed and the people that do work there are incompetent and very rude.... Stale donuts and stale attitudes. I will never come back here and don't recommend anyone else waste their time at this locationas well! Read more
Do NOT waste your money here! The 2 girls working on 9/17/21 at 7am had the worst attitude ever! The girl on register was... taking and I said excuse me and she said I'm talking to my son with attitude! She had her cell phone on speaker on the counter. We ordered to caramel xl coffees! When we got to the truck both coffees were black coffees! Not even worth going back to theattitude that they had in the first place! Hardrock better get a grip on their service. Drink was fine. Dunkin is not normally staffed with super friendly people but this location was super unfriendly, when I walked... up the cashier was standing there infront of the register and didnt even look up or aknowlage I was there. Made sure to be there within 10 min of opening & I learned we don?t do that at HRHC DD. I was really looking forward to the cold... foam cold brew but they hadn?t made any and the cold foam wasn?t the brown sugar it was vanilla. So I had to get an iced coffeewith vanilla cold foam. It was meh. The donuts though were fresh and my sandwiches were great. They def need a little extra pepin there step if they want to be the first person people come in contact with in the start of their day. Read more
