Food is good and for the most part is typically hot when ordered. The employees on the other hand are GHETTO. Yes, it was... necessary to use that word. It's easier for you to understand what I mean. I can barely understand what the girl says at theorder box. Talks extremely fast. Cuts you off in the middle of ordering as if she's in a rush for you to leave. Meanwhile, thereisn't anyone else in line and no customers inside. So, why the rush? When I ask for my order to be made a certain way, it'snever done as requested. It's a VERY small request. It takes nothing to slow down and be kind to someone. This new generation ofkids needs more training on customer service before being put on a shift. They're going to drive your customers away! "OMG" This is the BEST fried chicken I have ever ate. The drive thru tenants was professional and friendly. I ordered the #4... original chicken, corn, and a mountain dew with no ice and when I got home and sat down my food was still hot. Thank You Col.Harland Sanders and all your staff! The most ignorant people I?ve ever met in my life. Asked for mashed potatoes and mac & cheese, got corn. Asked for plain chicken... littles, got fully dressed chicken littles. Went back, asked for the original order we wanted and literally got given a thing ofmashed potatoes. We were polite and everything but the lack of work ethic in these people have left me mind boggled. Waste oftime and money that I will never get back because to be quite honest I don?t think they could do the math to refund my money soI won?t even bother going back. Read more
Hey now... Yo MAN, BIG Daddy here!! So let's talk about this place!!!! Oh boy,oh boy! Let's start out I paid over $60.00 dollars... for freaking CHICKEN... You know how much chicken I could have gotten from the store?!? So were in the drive thru, we're makingour order now it's around 5pm as I'm ordering the little lady talking back to me, keeps stopping me telling me "Oh, we're out ofthat" she did this to me 3times. Finally I asked well do you have any chicken??? As I order she stops me AGAIN to tell me ifthey don't have enough of that chicken can they put other chicken in my order???? WTH??? I have never in my life went inside a restaurant with such miserable people working. The staff was arguing with each other, very... loudly. It was shocking! This was in front of elderly people, children etc... A lady brought her little girl in with her and thecashier lashed out at her and said "What do you want?" The lady actually pulled her daughter back a couple feet. Every customerthat walked in was treated awful. I waited until I got my food to tell every employee off (LOUDLY). How dare they treat peoplethat way. The food sucked also! My daughter went another time and the chicken was raw! Seriously? Never again! Read more
No this is not fries that I have already ate through. They are cold fries that were served to me in addition to my wrong... order. When Forrest works, he does an awesome job making orders accurate and giving customers a pleasant experience but if hisnot working, just don?t go because you?ll get subpar food and service. 5 stars to Forrest! 1 star for other times when he is notworking. Ordered 3 numbers. We told the person in the drive thru 3 times that the first order was to have large fries and they gave us... med, we asked for ranch, kfc sauce and Buffalo ranch for our food, received NO sauce, asked for a fruit punch, they gave us thedrinks, my daughter tries her drink and they gave us fruit punch that was OUT, not hard to tell the difference when a drink isout.
