Let me start by saying that; you get what you paid for, and if it's not obvious for some people out there, this isn't Michellin... star dining. It's a lovely food court in a nice mall in the hospitable city of Biloxi, MS. I'm a loyal customer to therestaurant and my most recent visit is absolutely amazing. First off, I was warmly and kindly greeted (as always) by the kindand courteous cashier (Her name is Anna) and she always remembers me and my favorite items: the Mongolian and the Honey chickenwith noodles. Food is always hot and delicious every time I visit and Anna never fails to deliver great customer service. She isalways on point when it comes to delivering a great experience for the customer and offering her best courtesy if there's ever asituation. As well as the hardworking store manager, her name is Isabel, and Kennia the other cashier as well as the remainingof the staffs, are all very hardworking people. They all are very neighborly and always make sure to greet you. Biloxi is asmall town but the food court isn't empty by any means. I visit here time to time and 9 out of 10 I see the kind of line theyhave; it's on par with Chick-Fil-A. That and online delivery and YET they're always on point with their service. I once witnesseach of them, Anna, Kennia and Isabel, all handle the rush while they are so often by themselves and they do not break underpressure. Remember people, it's easier to demand than deliver !!! I don't know what these people are paid, but they are way duefor a raise! ???????????? Food workers work so so hard just to deliver the same quality of food everytime and of course justlike a spinning cog wheel there's going to be hiccups but their courtesy always make up for it! Ordered from here yesterday and was really disappointed. The portion sizes was small and there was barely any rice with my meal.... I also ordered the crab ragoon, but didn?t get that at all. My sister loves this place and I decided to try it. I don?t thinkI?ll be going back there. Read more
the food was TERRIBLE!!! I have been eating there since I was in middleschool and I graduated back in 2013 so it's been awhile.... but here recently it has been pretty bad. but this time was the worse ever. 85% of all the food I got wasnt cooked all the way.well warmed up all the way because for sure most if not all the food was atleast a day to 2 days old. the food also tastedterrible. and I ordered 2: 3 item plates and 1:2 item plate and and ended up with wrong food on every plate. I don't know whatgoing on with this place but I'm done with them after all these years. i know me stopping my money from going there isn't goingto do anything but from most of the comments I see about them recently there not too good. there not gonna be in business muchlonger with food like that. Awful awful awful. Egg rolls were cinnamony, chicken had the texture of something absolutely NOT chicken, fried rice was gross... and so were the noodles. Absolutely horrible, will not be ordering again. Read more
This is the jankiest food I?ve had in a minute. My rice wasn?t even cooked all the way and my food wasn?t even fulfilling. The... sprite tasted like carbonated water, and the replacement coke was no better. I definitely would not get any food from here EVERAGAIN. Who ever made that rice today needs be fired, or practice making rice in there kitchen at home. Completely unacceptable. Read more
I used to eat here all the time when I was a mall rat. It was good when I spent my mom's money but I don't eat there anymore.... It's okay but not worth the trouble to me anymore. It's too greasy and something is always undercooked or overcooked. Meh Read more
