i specified multiple times that i did not want the ice-cream in the sour patch kid float. i said i only wanted the slushy. At... the drive thru window, i literally told them i only wanted the slushy. i am so genuinely upset. i get they?re getting paidminimum wage/just above minimum wage but that doesn?t mean you can just not do your job. I went an entire hour before closing and ordered a: Cheeseburger with only ketchup and bacon, it was completely missing the... ketchup?We also ordered packets of ketchup and still didn?t receive those Chicken Slinger with no mayonnaise, it still came withmayonnaise Medium Mozzarella stick and even ordered marinara under the condiments section and didn?t receive themarinara Ordered a wacky pack cheeseburger meal and the burger was completely missing the ketchup, mustard, and pickle. Theapple sauce was also completely warm, this is the only sonic we?ve went to where the applesauce was not cold Very dissatisfied,every single item I ordered (except our drinks) was wrong AND I received none of the condiments I ordered. Randomly stopped making breakfast at 10am...the other day I was able to order a breakfast burrito for breakfast but apparently... they only receive a small carton of eggs... it is literally the only thing I look forward to at Sonic. :( Yummy ocean waterslush. Definitely recommend. Read more
I've had to go back a couple times with pathetic "Ultimate Meat and Cheese Premium Breakfast Burritos," but this will probably... be the last time I get them from this location. There are like two or three pebble sized pieces of sausage and if I squint Imight be able to see a spec of bacon. They charge $5 apiece for these and they give you less food than McDonald's and BurgerKing give you in those dollar breakfast burritos. Read more
I came tonight and ordered a large popcorn chicken. They literally tried to make my container look full and put maybe three... pieces of popcorn chicken on top and underneath were two chicken strips and a whole chicken patty. I?m beyond disappointed. Read more
I went there for a door dash tonight at 9:15pm. The order had been turned down a couple times so when I arrived at the Sonic,... the order was already past the pickup time. I confirmed at the order mic the door dash customer I was picking up for and couldbarely hear him due to what sounded like a manager yelling at a fellow coworker very loudly on her cell phone at the picnictable directly behind the order mic. I heard the whole conversation before getting through the drive thru line due to howobnoxiously loud and unprofessional she was. I proceed to the window and there?s a limo in front of me picking up an order. Ashe grabs his order, I hear one of the worker ask about getting inside the limo to take pictures and he says okay and her and 3other employees, including the manager, climb inside the limo for a picture?meanwhile, I?m waiting in line for this order thatwas supposed to be picked up 15 minutes prior. The limo leaves and the employees return inside and I pull up to the window tofind that they were not even finished with the order. The bag of food was sitting there for who knows how long and she still haddrinks to get?oh and they were also out of drink carriers and for 4 drinks it was pretty hard to deliver these as you couldimagine. As I?m waiting for these drinks to be made there is just so much unprofessional conversation going on between theemployees and nothing related to the order I was there to pick up. Needless to say, this was the absolute worst Sonic I haveever been to and more professional people need to be hired. It?s very difficult for door dashers, or this restaurant for thatmatter, to make money if the staff isn?t doing their jobs. I will never pick up another door dash here and will happily declineall future orders if they come from this location. Read more
