Its surprising seeing all the reviews about poor customer service here. We stayed at Harrah's for three nights and visited... Starbucks every morning. Same two ladies working all weekend and both were always nice, always greeted me, always repeated myorder to make sure it was correct. The line was always long in the morning, but that's to be expected. It did move alongpretty quick though. Read more
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. employees are incredibly rude and unprofessional . So unwelcoming. Why would you hire those two ladies?... I?m a tourist and never ordered at Starbucks. When I asked about the sizes she gave me attitude and looked at me like I wasdumb. When I made sure she heard my order she said ? i heard you? with attitude. It?s not my fault you hate your life and job.So impatient. The asian guy ( wish I knew his name) working the same shift as them was cool though. First, the hours are wrong. They close at 2pm. Next, they shut the ovens off early and I couldn?t order an overpriced sandwich.... You should be fully functional during the entirety of your open hours. Read more
This is a shame of starbucks. Worst service ever. If you want to wait 5 minutes to get your straw after getting your drink, this... is place you want to go. And don?t remind staff for your order because they will bite you back. But if they forget your drink orsomeone else take yours they will bite you back again. Mind as well just to brew one for you self. This location needssupervision. Absolutely no customer service at all. Do not expect anything from these ladies. Read more
The ladies that work here are awesome. There's rarely a line so your in and out pretty quick. You an swipe your casino card here... too for points. They always have the new trendy coffee and drink recipes, not all Starbucks inside of another business do, sothat's pretty cool. I always get the iced coffee or the nitro. The prices here are more than other Starbucks by nearly a coupledollars, but I guess that's the price for convenience. Because of that, we usually bring our own coffee when we stay for awhile. This Starbucks is convenient if you're in Harrah's. I save up my gift cards for this location so I "spend" less on vacation. I... think they are steady here; not too busy and they serve you quickly. Read more
