This honestly was one of best places to eat for my husband and me, while in Biloxi. We had breakfast twice and then lunch. One... day, my pancakes were fluffy and excellent. I am a little disappointed that they don't have a regular menu. The menu is limited; and, the person at the counter charged for... me for the wrong item. Way over priced my wife and I each got a burger and a drink my 3 kids got a burger and a child drink and the bill was $68 with... no tip. The burgers were okay in flavor but very sloppily made. The fountain drink I got was aweful. Service was terrible aswell. Waited in like for 10 minutes for to go boxes only to be physically pushed to the side by another customer behind me inline who then proceeded to place her order knowing that I was in line waiting. I will never waste my money at a steak n shakeagain. Mcdonalds is better and faster at less rhan half the price, and they dont beg you for a tip on top. Read more

The steak burger was tasty and I'm glad I got it. However, there were some things I didn't like. The first is the location. It's... stuck in the back of the casino floor. So it's a little annoying to get to and you have to go through some smokey areas to getthere. Also, the fries aren't that tasty. The shakes were alright, especially the specialty shakes. Read more

We were so disappointed. For one. I don't know when this location went from table service to counter service, but that was... definitely a shock and disappointment. I can understand that though, staffing is hard lately, especially in the foodindustry. It was just about everything else that was a huge disappointment. The Patty's on all of our burgers were smaller thanthe buns, we didn't get our soft drinks until after our food was there and the shake until we were ready to leave. We had to goback to the counter for extra to-go cups. The runner that brought us everything was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was toomuch ice in my cup, so when I tried to put my straw in it went straight through the side and I never could get my waterreplaced, much less a second cup to keep the mess from continuing. My boyfriend went to ask for these things at the counter onlyto get a couple of napkins, I didn't even see garbage cans to clean up the mess. It just sat on our table, on its side so itwouldn't continuing pouring water everywhere. The runner didn't say anything about it or at least bring more napkins when shefinally came with our shakes. Our shakes were underwhelming, I always get Cotton Candy and its always been a pretty electricblue, it was extremely pastel, so i knew immediately it wasnt gonna be great. I immediately asked for to go cups since we weredone eating and my boyfriend had to eventually go get them himself. I'm just so disappointed, Steak and Shake has always beengreat service and great quality for being a fast/casual place that usually has a drive through when it was stand alone. I love going to Steak ?n Shake in Florida. I was so excited to see there was a Steak ?n Shake in Biloxi. After arriving there, I... was disappointed. The table was dirty still even after we watched the staff ?clean? it. Our burgers were very dry and comparableto McDonald?s. Definitely NOT worth $10. The fries weren?t seasoned. After eating only half of my burger, I felt sick. I wishthis could have been a better experience. I won?t be coming here again. Overpriced for McDonald?s quality food. So, I recently discovered that Steak 'n Shake is on the Mississippi Gulf Coast located in Harrah's Casino. And guess... what??? It is OPEN 24 HOURS!!! So, we went there and ate. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant has an A Ratingfrom the Health Department. It is very clean. The food was awesome and it did not take a long time for us to receive our orderfully prepared (without any mistakes). There wasn't too many people in the restaurant when we went to eat there. They havebooth seating as well as counter seating. It isn't hard to find once you are inside the casino. All you have to do is asksecurity for help locating the restaurant. Great location in the Biloxi Harrahs. The food came out super fast, piping hot and delicious. Had a great waitress and was able... to accommodate certain allergies. I works highly recommend their garlic burger and onion rings. The shakes were delicious andthey had a strong selection of flavors. I'd recommend if you need a late night grease fix. Read more
