my last experience with mr sushi south was just so bad I don?t think I?ll ever go back! I ordered takeout at 6:30 and didn?t... receive my food until 8:30. They told me 30 mins, but I ended up waiting almost two hours. Extremely long wait for a hungryperson. There were several other people waiting for a long time, and they acted much more angry about the wait. There was a poorold Asian woman doing all the work, with a white teen helping - no wonder the sushi didn?t taste good - and this extremelyannoying white guy (not sure if he was the hostess or owner) who was doing nothing but talking excessively to families who werejust trying to eat. not sure why I thought the sushi would taste good after this experience. First of all, the sushi rice tastedawful. It did not taste like sushi rice I?ve had at other restaurants. It tasted almost like brown rice because the texture wasjust off! I paid $80+tip and honestly it was a waste of money. I wish I could go back in time and not bother with Mr. Sushi. I?mreally sad bc my first experience here was great, and it?s so close to my house. We were completely dissatisfied with our takeout order. They packaged our salads in a tri-compartment container (think tv tray)... with our HOT meals, which made them hot and super soggy. They were gross. We could not eat them. Not to mention, they were tinysalads. If we'd dined in, they would have served us more salad than that. The quality of service should be the same for everyoneacross the board, and they should be in their own, separate container. Our dinners came with little rice (about as much asthere was salad), and were over seasoned with pepper. We like spicy food, but this was not normal, this was not a complementing"spicy" (it's hibachi chicken). I think they accidentally spilled pepper on our meals. Everything was covered in black pepper.My mom couldn't eat hers. This was an unpleasant dinner. It was a birthday dinner at that. We are highly dissatisfied,especially for the cost of the meals. We could have gone to Tokyo Express or Ichiban (for not much more), but we wanted to giveyou a try. Maybe an indoor experience would be better? Maybe it's a fluke and this is an isolated incident? I don't know. I'mnot one to usually leave reviews, but this was truly an unpleasant dinner experience (and pricey). Read more

Went to Mr. SUSHI on friday with my dad. We got there a bit before 11 and ended up waiting until about 10 after 11am before they... opened the doors. We took a seat and the waitress promptly came over and took our drink order. We ordered the fried porkdumplings to share. I ordered the 6 piece shrimp nigiri and the texas crunch roll. My dad got the kung pao steak. The food wasdelicious. The Wasabi seemed to be extra hot because my nose hairs were burning. The dumplings were delicious and so was thenigiri but the Texas crunch roll was amazing! Even my dad loved it however the service was not there. Once the food was droppedoff she never came back to check on us. 2 people came in to place to go orders and if she wasnt in the back she was sitting downat a booth. My drink was never refilled. They weren't busy at all and we were the only table eating. I'll be back but hopefullythe service is better the next time around. Read more

Great fresh food! We got the black dragon, which has mango, avocado and tuna. The fresh spring rolls are stellar! 10/10!

Yummy sushi, excellent service. Hibachi meat was tough and bland and the rice was a bit sticky. Im still giving 4 stars because... of the great customer service here. They do offer dine in. Mandatory masks and social distancing are practiced here. They havecute little to go trays for the sushi! Read more

This place was amazing! Kinda weird location in a gas station parking lot but don't let that make you second guess. The service... was good, the food was amazing and great presentation. Lots of food for a great price! Definitely new spot to go for Sushi! Read more
