This is my favourite Tim Hortons location. The young people working here are so friendly and efficient. I can honestly say... they've never messed up my order and that's rare when it comes to Timmies. Read more

Go in here in a very regular basics, and one thing I always notice is how well the team works together and service is as quick... as they can be. It is a fairly busy location but considering the volume of costumers they see in a day they are always kind. Theteam is a good reflection of the management who seems to be providing a good work environment as I?ve never heard them speakrude to costumers or coworkers. I?ve witnessed as management jumps in to give extra hands more then once. As someone who?stravelled across Ontario I can say this definitely isn?t the slowest or rudest Tim?s I?ve ever been in, The exact opposite in myopinion. Keep up the positive work, there?s many who notice it but unfortunately people are more likely to complain vs give acompliment. Read more

Customer service is very very poor . Flies on Tim hortons donut . Employees making food on customer dirty chairs and tables .... Cashier is very rude and when I pointed out how they messed up my order, the lady didn?t want to change it and was giving meattitude. So I had to ask someone else to do it because I didn?t come for attitude I came for food . And thankfully I got itcorrected. Then , I went home and noticed they forgot to give me an item in my order . Overall, this isn?t the first time I?vehad a bad experience here , I normally let it slide but this is just ridiculous. Employees do not take pride in offeringcustomers a good experience at all . Nor do they care . Things need to change at this location to ensure customers are safe fromrude Tim hortons employees and multiple flies are not flying on donuts , cookies etc , and at the very least orders arecorrectly done . Dirty. Slow service. No A/C. Dirty bathrooms. Limited food. Not all the items available. What else can I say about this "used... to be good" Timmies. The main office should do a very detailed inspection. And its infested with flies. Read more

This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons in all of Ontario. Is there any adults that can work on weekends and teach these teens... some work ethic or give guidance? There is no way there should not be a manager here all weekend. 2 people in line and 20min Istill don't have my one breakfast sandwich. Ridiculous Read more

Not really Tim Hortons? fault but can you please consider installing signage to direct the long line when it (very often)... extends past the drive-thru entrance into the surrounding parking lot? It?s happened a few times now where very rude and unawarecustomers will butt in front of me (and I?ve witnessed it happen to others) in line. It?s extremely frustrating when the lineupand wait is already long enough. Read more
