When you call in to place your order you get some customer service Person that?s not at the location to take your order, and... they make you pay over the phone. One time I placed an order, and I show up to the restaurant and they were closed. Lost $40that day. Then I tried again another time and I asked her to confirm that restaurant was open, and the rep said it was open. Iget there and it was not. I?ve learned to press 0 and make sure I?m talking to someone at the restaurant. That way I can paywhen I get there. I?ve lost probably lost $50 - $60 this year going through there customer service. Love their chicken AlfredoPasta. That?s why my dum self keeps going. They also seem to be understaffed ever since the pandemic. Read more

They close at 8:30pm we arrived around 7:30pm. I thought they might be out of some items. We ordered two Alfredo MontAmore with... Parmesan crusted chicken, both were served without the Alfredo sauce. I had to asked for it. Would have been nice if we wereinformed they would have to make more sauce or ask if we want something else. They didn't have much chicken compared to thepicture. The fresh tomato and spinach was a nice touch, chicken and noodles were flavorful The pot stickers were very good. One spicy Korean beef noodles the presentation was nice with fresh cilantro, lots of sauce, very little beef. The noodle conceptis great, all types of noodle dishes. Barely any food in box. Service poor. The gentlemen working did not care about what they were doing at all. Throwing food in the... bag. My friend ordered hers gluten free and there was a ton of regular pasta mixed in. When she told them they walked away andsaid nothing to her. They remade it but didn?t say why he was walking away or what was going on. Read more

You are unable to order in person at this location still, and whenever I order online, my order is always incorrect. I gave them... 3 chances and all were incorrect. For example, the last order I placed had spinach even though I said without, the rice crispywas left out as well as the drink and plasticware. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do, so Iemailed customer service on 11/4/21 and spoke with Ashley Eddins. She requested my receipt so I sent her screenshots and neverheard back. I've emailed her 3 times since then and still radio silence. 3 strikes and you're out. If I pay good money, I expectto receive what I pay for. I am disappointed, and will not be ordering from here again. Read more

Three stars as the customer service was amazing, the gentleman behind the counter was more then helpful especially when I... called. Bathrooms were gross - Food was okay. The pot-stickers were barely cooked & the pad thai; egg was super chunky, steakhard to find, bland - no sauce ? I have definitely had this meal before at the same location, it was much better.
